00:00This is an important moment for two nations that share deep bonds.

00:06We established NATO together.

00:09For decades we defended the northern flank of Europe together.

00:15We stand with Ukraine together.

00:19And we, with this agreement, plan to develop our defense relationship.

00:30Together for a new era of threat.

00:32And we do so for good reason.

00:34Just a few weeks ago we saw the Russian spieship Yantar enter British waters.

00:41Together we tracked, monitored and deterred that Russian threat.

00:47And in this era of increasing threats it demands deeper cooperation from good NATO allies like the UK and Norway.
