Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Agus Subiyanto menjelaskan soal insiden beras yang tercecer di tanah saat personel TNI menjatuhkan bantuan logistik dari helikopter di lokasi banjir bandang Sumatera Utara.Agus mengatakan insiden beras tercecer itu bermula ketika helikopter yang dipakai TNI untuk mengirim bantuan tidak bisa mendarat di lokasi penurunan logistik.Hal itu disampaikan Agus Subiyanto kepada wartawan, Rabu (3/12).
