00:00Du bœuf haché, des feuilles de lasagne, de la purée de tomate, vous me voyez venir ?
00:04Oui, on va faire des lasagnes, mais à la poêle !
00:07Je commence par travailler de la pancetta.
00:11J'aimerais bien qu'il pleuve de la pancetta plutôt que de plus acide.
00:14Je la fais revenir dans une poêle à l'huile d'olive.
00:17Pour la carotte et l'oignon, on se prend pas la terre.
00:19Directement à la râpe quatre faces, en deux temps trois mouvements.
00:22J'ai mince à céleri branche pour compléter cette garniture aromatique que j'ajoute à ma pancetta.
00:26Et enfin, 500 grammes de viande hachée et je cuis le tout à feu moyen.
00:30Regarde, c'est beau ça !
00:31J'ajoute un litre de purée de tomate et je rajoute un peu d'eau.
00:34Avec de la vodka, ça fait un bloudi-marie.
00:36Faut pas gâcher la tomate.
00:37Pas de lasagne sans feuilles de lasagne.
00:39C'est comme le début de la recette, on fait simple, décomplexé, on casse les feuilles et on les glisse.
00:43Oh la vache ! Je suis blessé avec une feuille de lasagne.
00:46Alors je n'ai pas de couverte, mais tu vas avec cette poêle.
00:48Regardez, je m'adapte, c'est parti, à feu doux pendant 15 minutes.
00:51Je râpe un bon parmesan que je mélange avec du mascarpone.
00:54Et je dépose au-dessus.
00:56Ça remplace la béchamel traditionnelle.
00:58Je couvre encore 5 minutes et sur ces belles lasagnes prêtes à déborder,
01:02je viens rajouter encore plus de parmesan râpé.
01:05Quelques tours du moulin et un filet d'huile d'olive.
01:07Tu la vois la lasagne faite en 30 minutes, sublime !
01:10A déguster directement chaude ou tienne un peu plus tard.
