The King, the Queen and the Prince and Princess of Wales have given a warm welcome to the President of Germany at the start of his historic state visit.Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife Elke Budenbender were met by the King and Queen in the chilly open air, outside Windsor and Eton Riverside train station, with the famous castle as the backdrop.
