00:00Albert Breer tweeted something out or Instagram something out yesterday.
00:07It says, what I'm hearing, and he's talking about Will Campbell.
00:10This is a very significant injury.
00:12He has a grade three MCL sprain.
00:14That's essentially means his MCL is torn.
00:18That is what Albert Breer is reporting.
00:20Have you heard anything on Will Campbell?
00:23That's interesting.
00:23I have not heard that, but I think it probably not a surprise.
00:27You know, he got carted off a field with a towel over his head,
00:32and his teammates are all very somber in Cincinnati.
00:34I mean, you know, just like watching it, you know,
00:38I think we've all watched a lot of football,
00:39and when someone's basically crying as they carted off the field with a knee injury,
00:43you historically think it's pretty bad.
00:44So the reporting on that, guys, has been all over the place, right?
00:48I remember that first week it was Will Campbell could be back in a couple weeks,
00:52but Jared Wilson might be out four to six weeks,
00:54and then all of a sudden it flipped to where Will Campbell's going on the IR,
00:58but Jared Wilson isn't going on the IR.
01:00I mean, it's unfortunate if he doesn't come back.
01:04I mean, who knows?
01:05I don't know anything about a grade three MCL.
01:08Well, here's the deal is that we got a lot of blowback because I said,
01:13if it's a sprain can mean a lot of things.
01:17And if it's a grade three sprain, a sprain is the fraying of the ligament.
01:20So if it's an MCL sprain and it's severe and it's frayed enough just because it didn't snap
01:27doesn't mean that it's not something that requires surgery,
01:30which I got to tell you, Mark, for whatever reason was not very popular with our audience.
01:36But it is indeed a medical fact, which no one wanted to hear.
01:41But now that he is on injured reserve and is indeed being reported,
01:46it's a grade three MCL sprain, which, ladies and gentlemen, without any opinion,
01:54only that of the medical industry is by definition of tearing of the MCL ligament.
02:01Do you think people should apologize to me?
02:04I think everyone owes you a big apology.
02:07Or how about the unpopular opinion of if it's better for Will Campbell to not play this year
02:14and recuperate for next year, or do they take the chance and need to come back for the playoffs?
02:19If I was Will Campbell's agent, there's not a chance in hell if he's a grade three MCL sprain
02:24he's playing again this year.
02:25Not a chance.
02:26No way, no how.
02:28That thing, if they don't repair that surgically and it is a grade three MCL sprain,
02:33which is what's being reported, how would I know?
02:35I don't know the guy.
02:36I'm not in the facility, but if that's the truth and you invested that much in this kid,
02:42hell no am I playing that kid again.
02:44Well, if you're Will Campbell's agent, he had a toothache, you'd tell him to sit out for two months.
02:49So, I mean, we can't.
02:50No, he could miss one day of practice.
02:51We can't take what you would say.
02:52No, he could miss one day of practice.
02:54We can't take what I was going to say.
02:55No, he could miss one day of practice.
02:58We can't take what I was going to take.
03:00We can't talk to him.
03:00Yes, he could miss one day of practice.
03:01We can't take what I was going to call at PA want.
03:02But we have a second- tandem.
03:03We can't come to all of their friends.
03:04So, you have a couple of clients who do not oftentimes miss a nickel person.
