00:40mas mabigat na parusa at mas maganda

00:43kung uunahin natin ang mga members ng Kongreso

00:47na sangkot sa ganitong mga anomalya.

00:51Mas magandang sila unahin kasi mas mabigat yun eh.

00:55So dahil mas mabigat yan, of course,

00:57kailangan ko po i-acknowledge kung ano ang limitations ng Committee on Ethics.

01:03malaking pagkakamaliman yan o maliit,

01:06hindi po natin pwedeng baliwalain ang isa.

01:09Kaya nga po, naniniwala po ako na napakahalaga na i-hold natin accountable

01:15ang mga involved sa flood control corruption scandal.

01:20Pero gusto ko po ipaalam sa ating lahat,

01:22hindi po mutually exclusive ang pag-demand ng accountability

01:26sa graft and corruption

01:28and sa pag-demand ng proper conduct from our elected public officials.

01:33The Filipino people deserve good governance in all forms.

01:38We deserve accountability in all aspects of public life,

01:41whether big or small.

01:43Whether it's your involvement in enormous public infrastructure projects,

01:47kailangan managot ka dyan.

01:49Kung meron kang improper conduct,

01:51pag umuwi ka sa distrito,

01:52malaki man umalit,

01:53kailangan punahin ka dyan.

01:54Kasi taong bayan ang nagpapasahod sa amin.

01:56On the part of the Ethics Committee,

01:58handa po kaming mag-cater ng ethics complaint

02:05laban sa mga ganong kongresista.

02:07But like I said,

02:08wala pa po case na napafile sa amin.

02:10But we are ready.

02:11Yun lamang po.
