00:00Oh, bueno, I mean, I've, yeah, I guess I've been doing it for about seven years now, and I love doing Comic-Cons because I feel like it's a cool way for people who are fans of different, you know, film and TV shows, but also comics, like I was, to get together and geek out over things that they're excited about.
00:25So, I love doing them because every week it's a new thing, and I'm excited to go to Paraguay because I've never been there, so.
00:36Recently, I've been revisiting the old X-Men animated series, and I really love the character of Morph.
00:44Morph was such an interesting character because, I mean, he was obviously, like, very much like some other shapeshifters in the MCU, but I really love how he's,
00:55portrayed in the 1990s X-Men because, like Logan says, he's the only guy that could ever make him laugh.
01:03So, I think Morph would be a really fun character, especially if I had to impersonate the people I was actually working with, you know?
01:12Well, it's funny because when I officially got the, I guess it was an audition, if you want to call it that, but they just asked if I could do a Hugo Weaving impression,
01:20and I didn't know what to say because Hugo Weaving's done a million different voices for all the things he's done.
01:27He's, of course, and then they said, well, we're thinking like a German Hugo Weaving, and so I naturally assumed it was Red Skull,
01:33but even then they wouldn't tell me what the project was.
01:35So, they sent me some voice mass references, and of course it was from the Captain America First Avenger,
01:41and then about three or four weeks later, I just finished season seven or eight of The Walking Dead,
01:47and I had flown back to L.A., and I was in the taxi home, and my manager called me and was like,
01:53hey, you've got the Hugo Weaving voice match, and I'm like, oh, cool, what is that?
01:56What is that for? What's that project?
01:57She's like, I don't know. They won't tell me.
01:59So, it wasn't until I got to set, and there's like 150 people waiting for me, and I'm like, what is this?
02:08I don't even know what this project is, and the makeup person who was doing the dots on my face was like,
02:12they didn't tell you at all? I'm like, no, I have no idea what this is, and he's like, this is the new Avengers movie,
02:17and I was like, oh.
02:19And then I almost had an aneurysm. I was freaking out so much, but yeah, it was cool.
02:24Yeah, we just debuted the new variants on Sunday night's episode,
02:31and it was really cool to be able to introduce those.
02:35Zombie purists will tell you that the slow-moving walkers are more terrifying,
02:38but for me, the idea of a fast-moving walker who can pick up rocks and use weapons and also open doors,
02:46they're way more sentient now.
02:49So, I think that's way more terrifying,
02:51and I'm excited to see where they go with that in the new series.
02:59Well, I think his biggest concern is making sure that Alexandria is safe and taken care of
03:05while also, you know, taking out Lance from the Commonwealth because he's obviously not a good dude,
03:10and now that we've determined that, I think he's committed to making sure that Lance
03:16and the people who are supporting him pay for what he did,
03:18but also, he just wants to make sure that his daughter is safe.
03:22You know, I think providing a safe community for his daughter is like the number one priority of his life,
03:27so that's where he's at.
03:32No, once I got...
03:34It's funny, my buddy had been trying to get me to read Invincible years ago, like a decade ago.
03:38I just was too busy, and I didn't have time to get around to it,
03:41but once I got the part, I read as much as I could,
03:44and I've gotten pretty close to finishing it,
03:48but we're actually just in the middle of season three recording,
03:55and it's like...
03:58I thought season one was messed up,
04:01but I actually think season two and three might be even more crazy,
04:04so for fans of Invincible, I'm excited for you guys to see it once it comes out.
04:07I think I'd like to play John McClane from Die Hard.
04:12I feel like that role was such a badass role.
04:18I thought it was so cool what Bruce Willis did with that role, you know, so, yeah.
04:22John McClane, probably.
04:26Yeah, it's funny, because I told the promoters that I actually did a report on Paraguay
04:33in, like, third grade when I was about nine years old,
04:36and I remember some Keef.
04:39It has, like, the largest freshwater reserve on the planet.
04:44It's underneath, like, the aquifers, I think,
04:46and you guys got the biggest navy of any landlocked country.
04:50I was like, wow, that's so neat,
04:52and I guess the rivers can take you guys to either side of South America,
04:56which I thought was really cool, so, yeah, that's kind of all I remember.
04:59Oh, oh, and there's two native languages to Paraguay, right?
05:04It's not just Spanish, it's, there it is, yes.
05:08I know it was, like, it was on the tip of my tongue,
05:11but, yeah, those are the things that I remember from 30 years ago
05:14when I did that report, but I just remember being so cool,
05:17and I thought, one day I'll get to Paraguay,
05:20so now, 30 years later, I'm finally getting a chance to.
05:23I'm so excited.
05:23Well, I'd love to go see some of the rainforests there, if I can,
05:30but even since there's some of the mountains up there,
05:32I understand Paraguay just has the most beautiful nature,
05:35so I'd really love to check that out.
05:37Well, my teacher was, was, was from the same town as Antonio,
05:58so, yeah, I think, you know, growing up,
06:03I was always a fan of Halloween
06:05because it was the one day of the year
06:07that I could be someone else entirely
06:08and just commit to being someone else,
06:10and I think as someone who grew up not really, you know,
06:16having a hard time fitting in
06:17and not really liking myself sometimes,
06:19like, getting to play someone else
06:21was always a fun escape for me,
06:23and, and, and, and I've just kind of expanded
06:26on that throughout the years,
06:27like, now it's just really fun
06:29to be a different person for a few weeks
06:31or a few months out of the year,
06:33and I love the challenge of that, you know,
06:35but the cool thing about voice of work
06:38is that you can literally be anybody,
06:40you know, if I walk into a room,
06:42they're going to look at how tall I am,
06:44my skin color, you know, my gender, everything else,
06:47but if you are in the voiceover world,
06:49like, you can kind of play anything and anyone,
06:51and I really like that, the freedom of voiceover.
06:58Governor, do you want Red Skull?
06:59What do you think?
07:03To everyone in Paraguay,
07:06it is my curse to know all who travel there,
07:09and I am very excited to go to Comic-Con Paraguay,
