00:20I think we've learned that it was penned by Russia and then submitted to Steve Witkoff on the American side, who may have made some adjustments. And then, of course, we have found out we found out that it leaked probably from the Russians because we were having conversations, Tom, about the specifics of that 28 point plan, which, as you say, many people were incredulous about.
00:48That is, it was so slanted toward the Russians that I couldn't believe, many people couldn't believe that this was really a U.S. position. And it turned out it wasn't a U.S. position. So we've learned some things since then.
