Rider tries her best to avoid a fall but loses her helmet instead

Kaja shared this clip of her almost meeting a fall while riding her horse.

Everything was going smoothly until the jump over the hurdle turned into a mini disaster.

''I absolutely don’t understand what happened, but my helmet wasn’t fitted properly,'' she told WooGlobe.

The horse took the leap, Kaja's balance went off, and though she managed to stay on, her helmet flew away like it had its own exit plan.

It was a near miss!
