00:00Anna passed before she could write down her wishes.
00:03And her ex, Michael, sued mama for custody of Caitlyn.
00:06And everyone's nervous we could lose her.
00:09Now we are a month away from going to court,
00:12and that is stressful.
00:15We were all excited Alana was back in town from college.
00:18Hey!
00:20Morning!
00:21I'm dreaming!
00:23Unfortunately, it was for Draylyn's court case,
00:25and the news they received may cost them their relationship.
00:29The judge really could sentence you to 10 years in prison.
00:33If they give you 10 years, I'm gonna have to tell them
00:34that I'm gonna have to serve with you.
00:36But at least mama finally gave Alana back the money she stole.
00:40It was nice that you finally come to your senses
00:42and pay me my money back.
00:43I've got the check.
00:45It's a cashier's check.
00:47Oh, wow.
00:48Meanwhile, I had to make the hardest decision of my life.
00:52I think I'm at the point of getting a divorce.
00:55Do you want to share with him in a session?
00:57That would be probably better.
01:00I'll love pumping the rest of my life,
01:01but I won't ever let that go.
01:04I did plan on keeping my marriage issues from my family.
01:07You and Deva have been, like, a little distant.
01:11But they kept on frying.
01:13What the hell was y'all doing?
01:14Mama, I really don't know.
01:15I'm sick of him.
01:17Girlie Bob.
01:19We're getting a divorce.
01:21What?
01:22I don't love him enough to be with him.
01:38Why would you just say it like that?
01:40So y'all stop just asking me, like, why is it?
01:43What are you doing?
01:44What's going on?
01:45Like, that way you just know, y'all.
01:48So the whole sperm thing is a no now, I'm guessing.
01:51100%.
01:52OK, well.
01:53Maybe you should just look elsewhere, you know?
01:55That might be a little weird.
01:57Well, I mean, I've been feeling the vibe off for a while,
01:59though.
01:59Oh, have you?
02:02Maybe y'all just got married too young.
02:03I love your relationship advice,
02:05because you've had such good past relationships.
02:08Oh, stupid.
02:09If you keep following me, I'm leaving.
02:11Bye.
02:12He obviously doesn't give a .
02:13What do you know about marriage?
02:14This is the first time you've ever been married.
02:16That's right.
02:17This is your first marriage too.
02:18I mean, you know, a lot of your stuff
02:20could have taken a toll on us too.
02:22Don't blame me for your problems,
02:24because I'm only going to tell you.
02:25I'm blaming you for my problems.
02:27But you know Joshy Poo's going to say it is.
02:29Boy, it was your mama.
02:30It was your piece of mama.
02:32She wouldn't have done that.
02:33Oh my god, Jean.
02:34So who's getting the house?
02:36Mama.
02:37Whoa.
02:38I haven't even told him.
02:40Mama's never kind of the nurturing type.
02:43I mean, the least she could do is be like,
02:45I'm sorry for what you're going through.
02:47Everything's going to be OK, Pumpkin.
02:48But no, she can't do that.
02:50I'm going to go and talk to the therapist tomorrow with Josh
02:54and make sure that we do this the civil way.
02:57You don't think y'all can talk it over?
02:58No.
03:01Well, once you look at the time, I best get gone.
03:06Why aren't you glad you don't live here no more?
03:08Right?
03:09Why do you always come and leave so fast?
03:10Right.
03:11You just come and go.
03:12Like, I love coming and going.
03:14Back to people.
03:15Must be nice.
03:16It comes as a shock to me that Pumpkin is really going to get a divorce.
03:21Like, what's going to happen?
03:23Like, this is going to be crazy.
03:27Josh is almost like a father figure to me.
03:29All boys are covered in cooties, kind of like chicken pox.
03:33Cooties?
03:34What do you think I am five?
03:36No.
03:37Stay away from the cooties.
03:38You're going to get in your car, get your and leave.
03:43And if I could buy you a plane ticket to go out there tomorrow, I would.
03:47Yep.
03:48Be very, very, very smart the whole time.
03:56Now it's like, we're getting a divorce.
03:59What's going to happen with the kids?
04:00Like, I feel like the whole family is just going to be ripped apart.
04:03We're going back to Colorado drama free, OK?
04:07So when we all be back, we're going to show this new court date.
04:10Why don't you be a Debbie Downer?
04:12I mean, I hope y'all ask because, hey, we don't see you, but every so often.
04:19I told you that that was going to happen.
04:21I told you something was wrong.
04:24I guess you were right.
04:25I was right.
04:30This is, like, insane.
04:35For sure.
04:37I actually just said it like it was nothing.
04:40Like, it was just, wow, we're getting a divorce, you know?
04:44Bye, Lana.
04:45Bye, Mama.
04:46Y'all be safe.
04:47Y'all be safe.
04:48Don't leave without a pay-bye.
04:51Well, you were upstairs, piggy-bye, and it's like so much is going on.
04:55Maybe.
04:56Am I getting a huggy?
04:57I love you.
04:58I love you.
05:01I'll see you later, OK?
05:02I'll face something when I get home, OK, Mama?
05:04This is going to suck for Ellie because it's like, Ella's at the age now where, like, she's
05:09very smart, and she's somebody that, like, you can't really lie to, and she'll definitely
05:14be like, no, Mama, you're lying.
05:16You're lying.
05:17So this is, like, I don't know how Pumpkin's going to even tell her that, like, Pumpkin
05:22and that are getting a divorce.
05:24Like, what?
05:27Like, this has come to a shocker to me, so I just can't even imagine how Ella would take
05:31it.
05:32Like, this is going to be crazy.
05:33So you're sure you're good and this is what you want to do?
05:35Yeah.
05:36OK.
05:37I knew something was up.
05:38You just didn't tell me.
05:39I didn't tell anybody except for Lonnie.
05:40Don't you got to be getting Harper or something?
05:41They're all bothering me still.
05:42I was making sure if you needed somebody to talk to, I was here.
05:43I'm fine with Jessie.
05:44All righty.
05:45I have a therapist.
05:46All righty.
05:47Well, I guess I'll just let you have some quiet time.
05:49That would be great.
05:50All righty.
05:51Don't forget all the plates.
05:52I won't.
05:53OK.
05:54Pick up after kids.
05:55I have to still pick up after y'all.
05:57Y'all don't even live here.
05:58Oh, no.
05:59No.
06:00No.
06:01No.
06:02No.
06:03No.
06:04No.
06:05No.
06:06No.
06:07No.
06:08No.
06:09No.
06:10No.
06:11No.
06:12Well, let me know if you need me.
06:13I need you at work tomorrow.
06:15Well, all righty.
06:16And don't be running your mouth about this stuff, OK?
06:19Okey-doke.
06:20Okey-doke.
06:21It's child safety, not Jessie's safety.
06:27Jessica, grab the doorknob and the inside.
06:33I really can't.
06:34This is why you can't be my real employee right here.
06:36Prime example.
06:39Got it.
06:40All right, Jessie.
06:41That was kind of like an interesting breakfast, but I mean, if I have to say so, I'm going to pat myself on the back on this one.
06:55I told Pumpkin before she even married Josh that she was too young.
06:59I hope you realize this is a lot of responsibility and that it's hard, like, being able to juggle life, job, kids.
07:09You're going to have to grow up.
07:10Yeah, but, like, this isn't really the right time to be like, I told you so.
07:17We have a lot of stuff going on in our own life.
07:20I know what I mean.
07:21We've got a court case with Caitlyn coming up.
07:23It's, like, stressing everybody out.
07:25Yeah.
07:26Living in the public eye sometimes is not fun, especially when it comes to, like, this court case coming up with Caitlyn.
07:33So it's probably going to be blasted all over social media, all over the media period.
07:38And the same thing with, like, Pumpkin and Josh.
07:41Like, Josh is going to have his truths.
07:43Pumpkin's going to have her truths.
07:44There's going to be people inserting their self thinking they know the truth but don't really know a damn thing.
07:49But that's just the way it is being in the public eye.
07:52I mean, this is, like, wild as , you know, like.
07:56It's definitely crazy.
07:57It's definitely wild.
07:58You know, but that just goes to show you that, like, nobody's perfect and everybody, no matter how they're made out to be, have issues.
08:06So, I mean, I guess, you know, she doesn't have the perfect marriage.
08:09So I guess now we have, like, what everybody would say would be the, um, picturesque marriage now.
08:17Oh, Jimbo.
08:18I mean, we have our issues that we have to work on every day, too.
08:23We ain't perfect.
08:25Our life isn't picture skew.
08:29Oh.
08:48Hi.
08:49How are you doing?
08:50How are you?
08:51I'm doing good.
08:52Good.
08:53Good.
08:54Come on in.
08:55Where's Josh?
08:56Um, I think he's a little bit behind me.
08:59Okay.
09:00I think.
09:01Cool.
09:02Come on in.
09:03Knowing today that I have to tell Josh that I do want a divorce, I am nervous.
09:08I'm scared to see, like, how he's gonna react, because, like, I don't wanna upset him and I don't wanna hurt him, but I do know that we're on two very different levels of what we want out of this relationship.
09:23And I'm at the point where I am done and he is not.
09:26So, Ms. Pumpkin, what have you heard from Josh?
09:31Is, like, any conversation with him?
09:33Um.
09:34Like, does he even know when he comes in here what we're gonna be talking about?
09:38Like.
09:39Like, I know that Josh does wanna fix things and wanting to see if, like, again, we can work it out.
09:45But, like, we've tried to work it out multitudes of times, and it's just, like, it's not working for us, you know?
09:51Ugh.
09:52Yeah.
09:53I am a little nervous.
09:54I feel you.
09:55Whew.
09:56Okay, well, I think that's him.
10:00Hey, Josh.
10:01Hey, how are you?
10:02All right.
10:03How you doing?
10:04Nice to see you again.
10:05Yeah.
10:06Come on in.
10:07It's good to see you again.
10:13So, how are you doing today?
10:15Been all right.
10:16Yeah?
10:17Okay.
10:18Best I can be.
10:19I get that.
10:20I get that.
10:21So, Pumpkin, you wanna share anything?
10:27Um.
10:30I was, like, talking to her, you know?
10:34Mm-hmm.
10:35Like, last session, you didn't come, and we haven't been able to, like, really, like, communicate.
10:42We've only been, like, passing each other at the house or, you know, making dinner and doing what we need to do for the kids.
10:51But it hasn't, like, we're still not communicating.
10:54We're still not.
10:55Like, I don't wanna continue doing this if that's, like, the point that we're at now.
11:03Like, I think it would just be better if maybe, like, we just both, like, put our, you know, like, put our big girl panties on, and we just, like, filed for her divorce.
11:17Yeah.
11:18Yeah.
11:19Yeah.
11:20Yeah.
11:25Coming up on Mama June Family Crisis.
11:28Well, y'all just missed a phone call.
11:30A phone call.
11:31Ready to go to court tomorrow?
11:32Tomorrow.
11:33Yeah.
11:34How did everything go back home?
11:37Pumpkin tells me that they're getting a divorce.
11:39I haven't even really told you, like, the worst part.
11:42We all know that Mama talks too much.
11:44I can't believe this.
11:45So, of course, Mama wants to get up there on the stand and say stuff she has no business saying.
11:59Like, I think it would just be better if we just, like, filed for her divorce.
12:06Because, like, I don't want to get to a point in a year from now where, like, I can't stand you, we can't agree with the kids, we can't sit in the same room, we can't enjoy the holidays together.
12:23When Pumpkin asked for a divorce, it was kind of like a stab in the throat.
12:30Almost speechless in a sense.
12:33Just never thought we'd be at this point in our lives.
12:36To me, it's just, like, throwing 10 years out of the window, really, in all honesty.
12:42It is my privilege to pronounce you finally husband and wife.
12:47You may kiss your beautiful bride, Josh.
12:49Everybody, come on.
12:51We're married, y'all.
12:54I love you.
12:58Everyone meet Ella Grace.
13:01She's perfect.
13:03Look what we did.
13:04Damn.
13:05You did good, sugar.
13:06Heart's a buzzer.
13:07Oh, mom.
13:08I'm going to love.
13:09Bye-bye.
13:10That is the best.
13:12Mommy.
13:13I love you, man.
13:15I love you.
13:17Josh, how are you feeling right now?
13:27It's hard to say.
13:28Yeah.
13:30What's coming up for you?
13:34I don't have a time machine, so I can't go back, you know?
13:42Mm-hmm.
13:43But I wish I could.
13:44Yeah, I feel you.
13:45And do what?
13:49Change for the betterment of my marriage.
13:51Mm-hmm.
13:52Instead of being so angry.
13:54I hear you.
13:59You know, I do hate to see Josh cry, and I do hate that I've broken his heart,
14:03and I've hurt him, but for so long, like, I've begged for communication.
14:08I've begged to go on dates, and all the things that normal people do in a marriage that we haven't been doing for years.
14:16And now I'm at my wit's end with it.
14:18Like, I'm tired of begging.
14:19I'm tired of asking.
14:20And so for the first time in my life, I feel like I'm making myself happy.
14:25And I just hope that Josh understands that.
14:28What would you say you've learned?
14:30I would say that, like, I've learned that it's okay to put yourself first.
14:37Mm-hmm.
14:38I think that's my biggest thing.
14:39We've put everybody ahead of ourselves.
14:41Yeah.
14:42Every time.
14:44I guess it's another problem I need to fix.
14:48Alana's already pissed off at me because Jessica questioned her about the whole Colorado thing,
14:52which obviously is my fault.
14:54Then you turn around, and Jalen's just not doing .
14:57I'm so sick and tired of hearing about Jean this, Jean that, Jean up here.
15:02It would not bother me one bit if I never ever seen Jean again.
15:06Well, I can't really do that.
15:09I commend you for being, you know, communicable right now.
15:14Like, you're amicable in this space.
15:16And so with that being the case, where do we go from here, right?
15:21Like, what are their next steps?
15:23Or is there a next step for you now?
15:27I think probably, like, our next step is just, like, trying to figure out.
15:30Like, come to an agreement.
15:33Like, the things that we do have, like the kids, the, you know, the house.
15:38Like, we do have things together.
15:40Mm-hmm.
15:41But, like, I think we figure those things out, and then we, like, file.
15:47Mm-hmm.
15:48Okay.
15:49Where are you with that, Josh?
15:50How are you?
15:51I want to be on the same page.
15:53Okay.
15:54You know, me and Pumpkin said we would never do this to the kids.
15:57The whole broken home thing, and I think that's what really hits home.
16:03I went through a divorce as a child also.
16:06And watching the bickering and the arguing, it sucked.
16:09I mean, I don't want my kids to go through it, but at this particular point, we have no choice.
16:14So, what I can do is to be more cordial than my parents were at times.
16:21Make sure that everybody knows that I'm always here, no matter what.
16:25And just to be completely honest, the whole time, at this point, my children's mental health means more to me than anything.
16:34Yeah, I commend you for that.
16:36So, how do you talk to your children?
16:40And is this what you're going to say?
16:42Like, are you going to let them know?
16:44Um, I think we're probably just, like, the only one that I feel like can really, like, comprehend right now is Ella.
16:50Is Ella.
16:51Okay.
16:52So, I do think, like, us sitting down and talking to her and just, like, letting her know, like, things are going to be different.
16:58Mm-hmm.
16:59But, like, the love that both of me and your daddy have, that isn't changing.
17:02Right.
17:03Like, telling her, like, regardless, even though we're splitting up, it doesn't mean that I stop loving you any less or your daddy stops loving you any less.
17:11Like, we're still going to be there to take care of you.
17:13We're still going to be there to, you know, school events or sporting events or whatever the case may be.
17:18Like, none of that changes.
17:20Just the way that we live is going to change, you know.
17:25Children not only see what you do, they feel what you do.
17:30Right.
17:31And so, I think it will be very beneficial to the children how you show up.
17:36Right.
17:37Let me give you a few minutes to just chat a little bit.
17:45I mean, I do thank you for, like, actually, like, communicating with me and, like, wanting really to do what's best for the kids.
17:55You're welcome.
17:57You know, I do still love you and I'll always love you.
18:00I love you.
18:04And if you want to, you can go home with the kids and then I'll just figure out somewhere to go, you know.
18:25I love you.
18:26I love you.
18:27I mean, I'm going to put it on my paper book.
18:31I love you, Daddy.
18:32I'm going to make you a picture.
18:33Thank you, babe.
18:34I love you.
18:35I don't think painting is going to help your stress.
18:39Stress.
18:40Do I look stressed to you?
18:45What does stress look like?
18:46It's my life.
18:52What does stress look like?
18:54It's when your face crinkles up like that.
18:59Am I okay?
19:02Definitely not.
19:04I mean, I never thought that it would end this way.
19:08Like, I wanted things to be different.
19:12We fought to work it out, but sometimes things don't work out.
19:20Dad!
19:21Go get her.
19:22Come upstairs.
19:23Come on, Nanay.
19:24Come on.
19:25It's okay.
19:26See you paint.
19:27Come on.
19:40Coming up on Mama June Family Crisis.
19:43What you gonna do now?
19:44Probably why I'm gonna stay here, you know, thinking over it.
19:46Well, see, look at you.
19:47Always come back home to Mama.
19:49Feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel.
19:54We could walk out of this courtroom today and never see Caitlyn again.
19:57Are you ready for this, Caitlyn?
19:58I got out what I felt the court needed to hear.
20:02What happened?
20:03With this whole divorce thing, like, as much as I didn't really wanna do it, I know that
20:20it had to be done and I know that it hurts both of us in the long run, but I do care a lot about Josh and I care about his mental state.
20:28And that's where Justin comes in.
20:29Who was knocking?
20:30I don't know.
20:31It's the police running.
20:32Bitch, why are you knocking?
20:33Because...
20:34What are you doing?
20:35Vibrating, working out.
20:36I'm just trying to figure out, like, how this is working out.
20:37Because when I started this five weeks ago, I weighed 255.
20:40This morning when I woke up, I weighed 232.
20:41So in five weeks, I have lost 23 pounds.
20:43I don't even go to the gym.
20:44This is my gym.
20:45I mean, you gotta wait a minute.
20:46I'll be done working out and...
20:47I didn't come to talk to you.
20:48I come to talk to Justin.
20:49So what are you over here for?
20:50Well, Josh was going back to the house.
20:51I'm just gonna be knocking.
20:52I'm just knocking.
20:53Because...
20:54What are you doing?
20:55Vibrating, working out.
20:56I'm just trying to figure out how this is working out.
20:57Because when I started this five weeks ago, I weighed 255.
21:00This morning when I woke up, I weighed 232.
21:03I mean, I'll be done working out and...
21:05I didn't come to talk to you.
21:06I come to talk to Justin.
21:07So what are you over here for?
21:08Well, Josh was going back to the house.
21:10Because we, like, today went to the therapy staff.
21:13How'd that go?
21:15Today was really, like, us sitting down with the therapist
21:18and, like, me asking him for a divorce.
21:20What?
21:21You thought he got through with it?
21:23Yeah.
21:24How did he take it today?
21:26I mean, of course he's, like, sad and stuff.
21:28Like, I don't think that he's, like, shot.
21:30Like, I think he knew that was coming.
21:31Yeah.
21:32I think he knew that, like, we haven't been doing good.
21:34I'm not going to wait around forever for us
21:36to be able to communicate with each other
21:37and put our kids through that.
21:38I'm not...
21:39Yeah, don't stay...
21:40I don't want to do that.
21:41Like, I told him at the end of the conversation today,
21:43he was like, I still want to be best friends with you.
21:44I still want to be cordial for the kids.
21:46I still want us to be able to do things
21:47with the kids together.
21:48Which is hard.
21:49Right.
21:50Because it is hard when people are together
21:51for a long period of time and then break up.
21:53Yeah.
21:54Sometimes you can be friends, sometimes you can't.
21:56Right.
21:57I mean, so, you know, I was kind of, like, thinking,
22:00you know, like, maybe you could, you know, like, talk to him.
22:04Yeah.
22:05Like, man to man.
22:06I just know that, like, he does respect you a lot.
22:08Maybe he'll talk to you.
22:10Counselor Justin.
22:11I can go talk to him, stop by and check on him,
22:14see what he's up to.
22:15I mean, this would be a good time for you to bond
22:17with your mama, though.
22:18You can get on the squatter machine.
22:20So, yeah, look, you go in there, sit on the squatter,
22:22and she can be on the plate, and y'all can work out together.
22:24Y'all do that?
22:25No.
22:26All right, well, I'm going to go check on Joshy Boot.
22:28I'll let you know how it goes.
22:33What you doing?
22:34I'm not going to have a conversation with you
22:35until you get off that ridiculous ass thing.
22:37Well, I mean, you need to go work on that thing.
22:41You know, you're at 206.
22:42That squatter machine will take your name.
22:47I mean, so what you going to do now?
22:49What do you mean, what am I going to do?
22:50I mean, you getting a divorce?
22:52Like, what are you going to do?
22:53Like...
22:54Mama, I don't know.
22:55There's a lot of things that I have to figure out.
22:57I mean, that's probably why I'm going to stay here,
22:59you know, think it over.
23:00You stay here.
23:01Well, see, look at you.
23:02Always come back home to mama.
23:04I just want to really try to figure out
23:06my stuff out.
23:07Like...
23:08You just need to work on yourself
23:09and do pumpkin.
23:10Like...
23:11Look at this, bitch.
23:32Knock, knock.
23:33Come on in.
23:36Yeah.
23:37What are you doing?
23:38Put it on the paper.
23:39Sister Guff, you painting over there?
23:42Where's everybody at?
23:43They followed Ella upstairs.
23:45You know, Pumpkin stopped by the house,
23:47so I wanted to come by and check on you.
23:49She said y'all went to therapy.
23:51See how he was holding up.
23:53Something I didn't want to go through in life at all.
23:56And, you know, divorce is hard.
23:57You know, I've been through it.
23:59It sucks, bro.
24:01You know, there's some kind of love there.
24:03Like, you know, that was one of the things she stopped by for
24:06because she said she was worried about you,
24:08wanted somebody to come check on you, so...
24:13I know it's rough, too.
24:14I know it feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel.
24:19That's probably the hardest part.
24:20You just feel stuck.
24:22Stuck.
24:23You know, it really sucks seeing Josh this tore up.
24:26I mean, I understand what he's going through.
24:29You know, I've been through divorce,
24:30and there's no easy way to say it or to sugarcoat it.
24:33It's rough, and it's gonna be hard for a while.
24:35You know, he's gonna have moments where he feels down and out,
24:39and the best thing I can do for him
24:41is just be there and support him.
24:43Bye-bye.
24:45She's such a daddy's girl.
24:48Thank God for the kids,
24:51because there's the only thing keeping me wholesome.
24:53Yeah, how could they not?
24:55Kids is what hurt the most,
24:58just because they don't deserve this.
25:00But as long as y'all put the kids first, you know,
25:03and understand that that's what's important.
25:05Yeah, it's what's most important to me at this moment.
25:09I love being around them.
25:10Anytime you need a babysitter, just call.
25:12I appreciate it.
25:14I mean, within a divorce,
25:17you kind of divorce the family.
25:20I'm super glad Justin gives enough to come and check on me.
25:26Divorcing June won't be so bad.
25:31Could care less, but Justin, on the other hand,
25:35has been a decent dude to me,
25:37so at least I've got him on my side in some of this.
25:42I mean, there's always been bumps along the way.
25:45Figure those out.
25:48I guess just this time couldn't figure this bump out.
25:54I'm excited to be back in Colorado.
26:03Me too. I'm glad I missed you.
26:04It's been a long time since we really hung out like this.
26:05I know, and I'm excited.

26:15Alana.
26:16Perfect.
26:17I am grateful to be back in Colorado and away from everybody right now.
26:20Is an understatement,
26:21but I'm glad that Mikaela come and we're having,
26:22like, a little girls' day because it's like,

26:30I'm glad I missed you.
26:31I'm glad I missed you.
26:32It's been a long time since we really hung out like this.
26:34I know, and I'm excited.
26:35Oh.
26:36So cute.
26:37Hi guys.
26:38Hi.
26:39Hi, how are you?
26:40We're doing good.
26:41Good.
26:42Good.
26:43Good.
26:44Do you have a reservation?
26:45girls day because it's like i need somebody to just word vomit to you how did everything go back
26:51home it was it was just a lot why what do you mean well jaylen's lawyer sarah needed to emergency
27:01leave meet with jaylen oh so she was saying that like jaylen will be looking at 10 years
27:06oh my god where does that leave you in all of this i do feel like we will figure it out but
27:13it is like it's scary like jaylen's scared yeah and i don't know like i just hope that it doesn't
27:21get to that point well it sounds like you had a rough and eventful weekend oh you thought that
27:27was rough and eventful i haven't even really told you like the worst part so i come home and like
27:33i felt like pumpkin and josh were just being off like it just wasn't them their normal self so
27:38i had sat down and had a conversation with pumpkin and she tells me that they're getting a divorce
27:46yeah oh my god a divorce like i'm sorry to hear about that yeah and like i mean josh
27:53it's like your dad literally so like i don't even know how do you feel about it all i was a little
28:00upset but like honestly at the end of the day there's like nothing that i can do to stop the
28:04divorce you know yeah i'm 100 percent not choosing sides but at the end of the day pumpkin's my sister
28:11so i get it but i still love that i and i like loved everything he did for me and i appreciate
28:17everything he's done for me you don't want to get like too involved in everything you know yeah you
28:21don't want to be in the middle yeah i definitely don't want to be in the middle of it so i'll stay
28:26here in colorado and we'll paint pottery all the time yes i love that coming up on mama june family
28:34crisis where you been at ggs why unfortunately we have to be left up to the judge are you doing
28:43i mean i wouldn't lie if i wasn't nervous the tension is real
28:56you know it's only been a day since pumpkin asked for the divorce
29:25and it's just weird it's like it's it's unknown territory in a sense because it's just like i'm
29:32here with the kids and everybody's asking where mom is and it's just like i don't know kids have
29:40no clue what's going on they don't even know what color the sky is so it's just like what what do you
29:44tell four kids i miss you mommy i can't eat this it's not good i'm sorry i'm sorry babe where are the
29:54babies everybody's still asleep give me a kiss i love you come here baby man baby man give me a kiss
30:04kiss hey give me a kiss i'll be back okay i'll just keep telling myself it's going to get better it's
30:19a process like now he has to go through the grieving and stuff and really i just hope that we can keep
30:24it cordial for our kids sake because it's going to be sooner than later that we have to tell ella ella
30:30is very smart for her age so what y'all been doing nothing where you been at gg's why um because
30:41i just went to spend the night over there yeah you went to spend the night i did you didn't even
30:46like me like what because i just needed to have some adult time you know okay let's hold on let's
30:53see if we have any popsicles ella grace i'm giving your brother this popsicle i need you to keep an
31:01eye on him for like five minutes because i need a shower shower you hear what i'm telling you
31:06yeah you're being silly and goofy and style you need to get in the shower stinky
31:17it better be funny
31:23hello
31:42um yes tomorrow i mean for real like they can do that so my lawyer just called and they said that
31:51i think my court date got moved up from a month from now to tomorrow when it comes to caitlin
31:57like that ain't how it's supposed to work
32:01okay we'll just tell johnny to like chase me the time and like where to be at and stuff
32:06all right all right talk to you later all right fine
32:10let me explain the court case to y'all it is michael anna's ex versus myself for custody of caitlin
32:18even though anna told all of us that she wanted caitlin to stay with us she never put it in writing
32:25or anything else michael is not caitlin's biological father and we don't know who honestly
32:32is the only reason michael's able to go after me is because he paid for some of caitlin's school
32:37so under this new georgia law if you paid for a child you can go for equity of care for that child
32:45and custody
32:49well it took y'all long enough well i had to go get your food i mean well y'all just missed a phone call
32:54a phone call well i mean are you ready to go to court tomorrow and talk to the judge yeah tomorrow
32:59morning what is that's a sure yeah hunts buns yeah they can do that did you want yeah i figured it
33:06had been a little bit i thought you had 30 days but no well this sucks like i mean i'm just not
33:14getting comfortable until like this whole like house thingy and like now this court popped up and
33:20like it's tomorrow so like i'm kind of nervous because like you don't know what's gonna happen next
33:24but like we knew this was coming so like going into panic mode doesn't fix anything honestly i
33:30really ain't ready to like deal with michael's dumb ass but i know he's gonna bring up my freaking past
33:35he's gonna bring up your past who doesn't have a past i mean at the end of the day i'm her biological
33:42grandparent and i'm not gonna lose caitlin because michael ain't getting it i'm sorry where are you going
33:49to have a moment to have a moment a moment you you were having a moment right here with we were
33:54having a conversation well you ain't listening i ain't lee i am listening i just you only want to
34:01hear what june wants to hear god lee oh nobody understands anna oh anna you are heavy as bitch
34:13anyway we made a promise to you and like i'm trying to keep it but like
34:17keeping it together is not been an easy feat because like this is just literally consumed
34:23our whole entire life for the last seven months
34:27so bitch i'm mad at you every day because you're not here for caitlin and kylie because i would not
34:32be going through this bitch but i need you to damn channel yourself through me speak what you need to
34:38speak on the stand we say what we need to say and get the hell off the stand that's all i need you to do
34:46come on coming up on mama june family crisis they are going to cook mama too yeah they are i mean
34:54mama's going to deal with that we just got word that the judge wants to talk to caitlin and get her
34:59side i just want you to tell what you know all right guys let's go
35:05let's go caitlin it's time to go to court let's go i'm ready come on you're gonna wear a t-shirt
35:20to court no i'm waiting on my shirt to finish drawing you should do that last night oh my god
35:26you take your clothes so we can go so i thought you said you was ready babe come on we had to be
35:32there at 8 30. this has consumed our lives pretty much for the last seven months because anna's been
35:40gone seven months even though we know what anna wanted at the end of the day unfortunately we have
35:45to be left up to the judge and we don't know what the judge is going to do i mean y'all i'm not going
35:50to lie i mean i'm freaking out i am worried that i am going to lose caitlin let's go
36:05are you ready for this caitlin i don't know
36:16i'm a pumpkin bro i feel kind of nervous i have like my stomach starting to hurt a little bit
36:20because like i'm kind of nervous i don't know what's gonna happen the tension is real
36:26oh there's eldridge eldridge is anna's husband of one year but they were together for eight years he
36:33pretty much raised the kids um since they were very little he may be called to testify so i do
36:40want eldridge to go up there and tell his truth if he is called but also he knows what anna wanted
36:46anna wanted caitlin to stay with her biological family and we're gonna fight like hell to have that
36:51happen damn look at all these people michael's got with him there ain't no telling what michael's
36:58gonna pull in court so today is a day that we're gonna come face to face and this is gonna be
37:05handled we're gonna walk in together and out together okay caitlin
37:13honestly with this being the first day of court there is a lot on the line we could walk out of
37:17this courtroom today and never see caitlin again or mama could leave with her it could go either ways
37:23at this point i really am scared for the outcome
37:36it's lunch time y'all and i mean michael done called 15 witnesses half of them ain't seen him since 2017.
37:43i mean michael was digging deep it's 12 11. we have an hour i'm getting something to drink
37:48anyway so michael was just up there on the stand and she's like you know pumpkin reached out and
37:58has been reaching out since january like since before january to see kylie you keep ignoring her
38:03and you keep blowing her off he's like yes he says well it's caitlin's responsibility as a 12-year-old
38:10kid to give june his contact information how is it her she's a child i can't remember my own number
38:17and he literally admitted that he hadn't texted her in like five months but you care like that is wow
38:23they are gonna cook mama too yeah they are i mean mama's gonna deal with it she's gonna take it to
38:27the chin the scary part with this court stuff is yeah michael's gonna get on the stand and mama's
38:33lawyer's gonna chew him a new one but mama also has to get on that stand and is gonna get it 10 times harder
38:39because she was a drug addict
38:44she was a parent i'm scared to stay at your house and all of that has been documented through
38:49national television which in my opinion does scare me a little bit somebody's gonna leave today with
38:55exhales and fun out of late and somebody ain't gonna be happy
39:09i didn't even get to talk to the judge guys that is some bull
39:17because michael called so many witnesses we gotta come back tomorrow
39:22the best part of michael's testimony for today had to be out of the 276 pages of text messages between him
39:30and anna that i had it says that caitlyn doesn't want to be over there and also anna doesn't want michael
39:38to have custody of caitlyn and all this is just really nerve-wracking for all of us involved
39:45so what time do i need to know um maybe we got a first day in the morning
39:57so
40:08Y'all ready?
40:18Come on, Kaitlyn.
40:22Today, you will talk to the judge.
40:23Today, I will talk to the courtroom.
40:26I just want you to tell what you know.
40:28At the end of the day, it's what you want.
40:30We just got word that the judge wants to talk to Kaitlyn
40:32and get her side in what she's feeling.
40:36I think it's a very good thing that the judge is going to speak with her.
40:40I'm just ready to get over with, because this child needs to rest,
40:43and my daughter needs to rest.
40:44Anna has not rested in seven months and 13 days now.
40:49Come on, Kaitlyn.
40:49All right, guys, let's go.
40:51How are you doing?
40:52I mean, I wouldn't laugh.
40:53I wasn't nervous.
40:54I'd probably cry about a lot of things.
40:56It's OK to cry, but, like, remember, don't let them get you off
40:59what you're supposed to be talking about.
41:00Oh, no, I'm not.
41:01Trust me, I've been over this court case 100 times.
41:05We had a system, you know, that you said,
41:22I'm not going to be able to see you, you know,
41:24do something obvious like playing with your hair.
41:27Girl, I literally don't think I could have played with my hair
41:30anymore without being like...
41:32Me and Brody had some hand signals when I started over-talking
41:35that she was going to mess with, like, her hair
41:36so I could be able to see it.
41:37And I didn't see her messing with her hair.
41:39Brody might be a little bit mad at me,
41:41but at least I got out what I felt was what the court needed to hear.
