Lisa Ann Walter and Elaine Hendrix chat with THR at the 'Freakier Friday' premiere and describe what it was like to reunite with their 'Parent Trap' co-star Lindsay Lohan. Plus, they dish on the possibility of a 'Parent Trap' remake.

00:00What does it feel like being here together at this premiere, for this moment?

00:04I'm so proud of her. I'm so proud of my bestie.

00:08I'm proud of the work she does and how she looks and the person that she is.

00:18I would take Lisa with me everywhere if I could.

00:20I would put her in my pocket and I would take her everywhere

00:23because I always feel safer and more loved and more well-fed when I am with her.

00:30I feel like every time I see the two of you, you're together.

00:34So I'm happy to see you both here together today.

00:36What was it like working with Lindsay again on this movie?

00:40It was, I mean, I got to say, it was a trip.

00:44Because I hadn't seen her since she was a little girl,

00:48except growing up in the press, the rest of the world saw her.

00:52But I had a special inside window into her that no one else did.

00:57And so when I came and reunited with her,

01:01there was, first and foremost, a real sense of familiarity about her.

01:07And then there was also like, oh, you're a whole different person now.

01:11She's had a whole life since I had seen her.

01:14So it was a real mixed bag.

01:16All these emotions, all these great things just kept kind of flooding in.

01:20And I was so happy and proud and it was so fun and just the best.

01:25I keep finding myself looking at her when she comes over or walks into my view

01:33and just the light that's coming out of her now as a mom and a grown woman is so beautiful.

01:40She just looks so happy, which is wonderful.

01:43I love that so much.

01:44And I don't know if you did it on purpose,

01:46but that was the line your character said in The Parent Trap.

01:48You're like, oh, I'm just looking at you.

01:50Like, I love you.

01:51Can I hug you?

01:52You basically just repeated that.

01:53I did not do that on purpose, but good Easter egg.

01:59I mean, of course, people have been asking you two for years,

02:02when is The Parent Trap reboot coming?

02:04But now you're working with Lindsay again on this.

02:06It feels like it might be in the cards.

02:08Are there any updates?

02:09Oh.

02:10Where's the Disney execs?

02:11Yeah.

02:12I think there's a lot of people who would love that on both sides of the camera.

02:18So, you know, this is not entirely that

02:21because we have some very big pieces missing.

02:25But, yeah, we're there if it happens, for sure.

02:29Definitely.

02:30And what can...

02:30I've said I'm there if she's there.

02:33That's my caveat.

02:35You're a package deal.

02:36I love that.

02:37And, of course, the original film came out in 2003,

02:40but so many trends from the early 2000s have been making a comeback.

02:44What's one that you think needs to stay in 2003?

02:48Sexual harassment.

02:54I mean, seriously.

02:58When I talk to my...

02:59I have four kids.

02:59And when I talk to them about the way things used to be,

03:04And I'm like, yeah.
