00:00Walter, don't you want to go and play with the other boys and girls?
00:25They're very nice.
00:27I don't need anyone else.
00:30He never talks to anyone.
00:33He's so alone.
00:36It's not right.
00:38It's not healthy.
00:46I don't want to talk to them.
00:48They're silly.
00:50They're silly.
00:51Don't talk to them.
01:01They're silly.
01:01They don't need anyone else.
01:08I can help you.
01:18How?
01:20The last of the arrivals has been sampled.
01:48The great swarm is approaching. As humanity celebrates, so shall it end.
01:54Will the final piece be ready?
01:57It's in hand. I serve you in this, as in everything else.
02:02And do you keep my secrets, those men who helped us tonight?
02:06Won't be a problem. I promised to feed them.
02:11I beg pardon, Dr. Simeon. It's been a long day. I don't see any food here.
02:21I do.
02:24What is this?
02:29I said I'd feed you. I didn't say who to.
02:34I didn't say who to.
02:41I didn't say who to.
02:46I didn't say who to.
02:56I didn't say who to.
02:59I don't care about you.
03:01I didn't say who to.
03:03Did you make this snowman?
03:14No.
03:14Well, who did?
03:16Because it wasn't there a second ago.
03:17It just appeared from nowhere.
03:33Maybe it's snow that fell before.
03:37Maybe it remembers how to make snowmen.
03:39What?
03:40Snow that can remember?
03:42That's silly.
03:43What's wrong with silly?
03:43Nothing.
03:44Still talking to you, Anna.
03:48What's your name?
03:50Clara.
03:52Nice name.
03:54Clara.
03:56You should definitely keep it.
03:58Goodbye.
04:02Oi.
04:03Where are you going?
04:05I thought we were just getting acquainted.
04:14Those were the days.
04:15Yeah.
04:17Yeah.
04:31How refreshing to see you taking an interest again.
04:57Was she nice?
04:58I just spoke to her.
04:59And made your usual impact, no dad.
05:02No, no impact at all.
05:04Those days are over.
05:05You can't help yourself.
05:07It's the same story every time, and it always begins with the same two words.
05:12She'll never be able to find me again.
05:13She doesn't even have the name Doctor.
05:16What two words?
05:18Doctor?
05:21Doctor Hay.
05:22Doctor Hay.
05:29Doctor Hay.
05:35Let's go.
06:05Good evening, sir.
06:16Pond's frozen over.
06:18It hasn't frozen since tonight.
06:20Since tonight, your children's governess died a year ago.
06:24Dr. Simeon, sir, he insisted on waiting.
06:27She drowned in this very pond, which then froze.
06:31You didn't find her until a month later, when the ice finally melted.
06:34I recall the incident. It is the sort of thing one remembers.
06:37Ice remembers, too.
06:39Who are you? What do you want here?
06:44Pond is yours, Captain Natamar.
06:47But what is growing inside it, when it is ready, is ours.
06:51Good evening.
06:52Well, Dr. Simeon, you're out very late tonight.
07:09Almost makes you wonder what you've been up to.
07:11But then I have often wondered about the activities of Dr. Simeon and his exceptionally secretive institute.
07:17Well, I am honoured this evening.
07:20The veiled detective and her fatuous accomplice.
07:24At your service.
07:26You realise Dr. Doyle is almost certainly basing his fantastical tales on your own exploits.
07:32With a few choice alterations, of course.
07:34I doubt the readers of the Strand magazine would accept that the great detective is, in reality, a woman and her suspiciously intimate companion.
07:50I resent your implication of impropriety.
07:54We are married.
07:55More than can be said for you, eh, dear?
07:58Now then.
08:00This snow is interesting, don't you think?
08:04The ice crystal seemed to have a low-level telepathic field.
08:08Almost as if it can detect and respond to the thoughts and memories of the people around it.
08:13Memory snow.
08:15Snow that learns.
08:17How fascinating.
08:18I hope it's listening to the right people.
08:21It could be a terrible weapon in the wrong hands, don't you think?
08:24I think winter is coming.
08:27Such a winter as this world has never known.
08:30The last winter of humankind.
08:33Do you know why I'm telling you all this?
08:35I am intrigued.
08:37Because there's not a single thing you can do to stop it.
08:41Perhaps I can't, but I know a man who can.
08:43I look forward to meeting him.
08:46Do you mean the doctor?
08:49He won't help us.
08:50He never helps anymore.
08:51You know that.
08:52Yes, my dear, I do.
08:54So pray for a miracle because I think we are going to need him.
08:57They've taken samples from snowmen all over London.
09:09What do you suppose they're doing in there?
09:11The snow is new.
09:13Possibly alien.
09:14When you find something brand new in the world, something you've never seen before, what's the next thing you look for?
09:23A grenade.
09:26A prophet.
09:27That's Victorian values for you.
09:31I suggest a full frontal assault with automated laser monkeys, scalpel mines, and acid.
09:36Why?
09:38Couldn't we at least investigate?
09:41It's none of our business.
09:42Sir, permission to express my opposition to your current apathy.
09:46Permission granted.
09:47Sir, I have opposed your current apathy.
09:51Thank you, Strax.
09:53And if I'm ever in the need of advice from a psychotic potato dwarf, you'll certainly be the first to know.
10:00But if the snow is new and alien, shouldn't we be making some attempt to destroy it?
10:06Be reasonable.
10:09It is not our problem.
10:12Over a thousand years of saving the universe, Strax.
10:16You're the one thing I learned.
10:19The universe doesn't care.
10:23Now, we have a problem of our own to worry about.
10:26Don't worry. No one's going to hurt you.
10:31What is that thing?
10:32Silence, boy!
10:33That's Strax, and as you can see, he's easily confused.
10:37Silence, girl!
10:38Sorry, lad.
10:39Sontara and clone warrior race factory produce whole legions at a time.
10:43Two genders is a bit further than he can count.
10:45Sir, do not discuss my reproductive cycle in front of enemy girls.
10:49It's embarrassing.
10:50Typical middle child of six million.
10:52Who are you?
10:53It doesn't matter, because you're about to forget that you and I ever met.
10:57We'll need the worm.
10:58Sir?
10:59You'll need the what?
11:00The worm? What worm?
11:01Don't worry. It won't hurt you, but one touch on your bare skin and you lose the last hour of your memory.
11:08Where is it?
11:09Where's what, sir?
11:10I sent you to get the memory worm.
11:13Did you?
11:14When?
11:15Who's he?
11:16What are we doing here?
11:18Look!
11:19It's been snowing.
11:21You didn't use the gauntlets, did you?
11:22Why would I need the gauntlets?
11:26Don't you want me to get the memory worm?
11:29You wouldn't know.
11:31Well, can you see it?
11:33I think I can hear it.
11:37Oi!
11:38Don't try to run away.
11:39Stay where you are.
11:39Why would I run?
11:41I know what's going to happen next, and it's funny.
11:42What's funny?
11:43Well, you're little pal for a start.
11:45He's an ugly little fellow, isn't he?
11:46Maybe.
11:46He gave his life for a friend of mine once.
11:48Then how come he's alive?
11:49Another friend of mine brought him back.
11:51I'm not sure all his brains made the return trip.
11:54Neither am I.
11:55I can see it.
11:56Ooh!
11:57Can you reach it?
11:58Have you got it?
12:01Got what, sir?
12:03Because these are the gauntlets, aren't they?
12:05Sir, emergency!
12:06I think I've been run over by a cab!
12:10There you go.
12:11One touch and you lose about an hour of your memory.
12:13Let it bite you!
12:15And you could lose decades.
12:17Then you're still not trying to run.
12:23I don't understand how the snowman built itself.
12:25I'll run, once you've explained.
12:27Clara who?
12:28Doctor who.
12:29Oh, dangerous question.
12:30What's wrong with dangerous?
12:33Now it's a low-level telepathic field
12:35seems to reflect people's thoughts and memories,
12:37and because it's unusual,
12:39somehow it carries a previous shape of...
12:41No, doctor!
12:43My snowman.
12:44Ah, interesting.
12:46Well, were you thinking about it?
12:47Yes.
12:48Well...
12:48Stop.
12:50Clara, stop thinking about the snowman!
12:53Ah!
12:54Get down!
12:56Clara, listen to me.
12:57The snow's feeding off your thoughts.
12:59I don't understand.
13:00You're caught in their telepathic field.
13:01They're mirroring you.
13:02The more you think about the snowman,
13:03the more they appear.
13:04Imagine them melted.
13:05Picture it.
13:06Picture them melted!
13:07Ah!
13:08Ah!
13:11Well, very good.
13:13Very, very good.
13:15Ah!
13:15Ha!
13:16Is that going to happen again?
13:18Well, if it does,
13:19you know what to do about it.
13:22Unless I forget.
13:26Don't come looking for me.
13:27Forget about me.
13:28Do you understand?
13:29What about the snow?
13:30Shouldn't we be warning people?
13:32Not my problem.
13:33Merry Christmas.
13:35Take her back where we found her.
13:36Sir.
13:36Yeah.
13:50Oh, Lord.
13:51Oh.
13:55Oh.
13:59Oh.
14:00Oh.
14:00Oh.
14:01Oh.
14:02Oh.
14:02I don't know.
14:32I don't know.
15:02Come on.
15:12Hello.
15:34Hello.
15:40Invisible.
15:44Invisible staircase.
15:50Invisible staircase.
15:52Invisible staircase.
16:00Invisible staircase.
16:02Invisible staircase.
16:04Oh, my God.
16:34Oh, my God.
17:04Oh, my God.
17:34Hello?
17:39Hello?
18:11Oh, my God.
18:13Oh, my God.
18:15Oh, my God.
18:17She is coming.
18:19Look at that.
18:44What's the thought in the night?
18:47I'm begging you, Clara.
18:48I'm on my knees.
18:49Elsie's back this afternoon, and I was only helping out.
18:52Got my own work to get back to.
18:54What work?
18:55Why won't you ever tell us?
18:56You'd never believe me.
18:58You'd never believe me.
18:59Alice, how smart you look today?
19:22Governess should enter by the back door unless they can't be by the children.
19:27And how are the children?
19:29Excited about tomorrow?
19:31Francesca, same as ever.
19:33Digby said he missed you every day.
19:35Captain Latimer wants to see you.
19:36Of course.
19:41Every day?
19:43Twice when certainties.
19:45That's better.
19:46Captain Latimer.
19:56Ah.
19:58Miss Montaguay, you're back.
19:59In time for Christmas.
20:01Apologies for my brief absence.
20:02Family honors is so unpredictable.
20:04You wanted to see me?
20:06Francesca has been having nightmares.
20:09Young girls often do.
20:10Every night this week, she says.
20:11Won't tell me about them.
20:12Perhaps if you asked her in the right way, there's no one she'd rather tell.
20:16Children are not really my area of expertise.
20:21They are, however, your children.
20:24You have, if I may say, a remarkable amount of wisdom in these matters for once, sir.
20:29Very pretty, Miss Montaguay.
20:33Young, I mean.
20:36I'll see to the children now.
20:42Miss Montaguay, you're back.
20:50Good morning, Miss Montaguay.
20:51Good morning, Miss Montaguay.
20:52Good morning, Francesca.
20:54Good morning, Digby.
20:55Christmas Eve is the most thrilling day, don't you think?
20:57Now, what have you two been up to while I've been away?
21:00I did seven drawings.
21:02And we saw a dead cow.
21:04Well, how exciting.
21:07Do your secret voice.
21:08Hello, mates.
21:16They're not exactly nightmares, just dreams.
21:19About her old governess, the one who died.
21:22She's haunting Franny from beyond the grave.
21:25Haven't you spoken to your father about this?
21:28You can't talk about things like that to Daddy.
21:32You could try.
21:33Do you want to see where she died?
21:34She fell in there.
21:39And then it froze.
21:41She was in the ice for days and days.
21:46I hated her.
21:49She was cross all the time.
21:51In Franny's dreams, she's still down there waiting to come back.
21:56Everything else is stored, but this pond...
21:58is still frozen.
22:00The snow's feeding off your thoughts.
22:06The more you think about the snowmen, the more they appear.
22:10Franny, this is important.
22:12You dream about her.
22:13What do you dream?
22:15She's cross with me.
22:17She says I've been bad,
22:18and she's going to come out of the pond and punish me.
22:21When?
22:21She said she'd come back for Christmas.
22:24Tonight.
22:25I think Franny's gone mad, don't you?
22:27I think she needs a doctor.
22:29Doctor!
22:42Doctor!
22:45Doctor!
22:53Doctor!
22:54Doctor!
22:54Ah!
22:57There, then. That's enough noise.
22:59We don't want to attract attention, do we?
23:01I'm looking for the doctor. Do you know about him? The doctor?
23:05Doctor who?
23:10Do not attempt to escape or you will be obliterated.
23:14May I take your coat?
23:24Sit.
23:34There are two refreshments in your world, the colour of red wine.
23:38This is not red wine.
23:41Madam Vastra will ask you questions.
23:43You will confine yourself to single-word responses.
23:46One word only. Do you understand?
23:51Why?
23:52Truth is singular. Lies are words, words, words.
23:58You met the doctor, didn't you?
23:59Yes.
24:00And now you've come looking for him again. Why?
24:05Take your time.
24:07One word only.
24:10Curiosity.
24:11About Snow.
24:12And about him?
24:13Yes.
24:14What do you want from him?
24:15Help.
24:16Why?
24:17Danger.
24:18Why would he help you?
24:22Kindness.
24:24The doctor is not kind.
24:27No.
24:28No.
24:29The doctor doesn't help people.
24:31Not anyone, not ever.
24:33He stands above this world.
24:36And doesn't interfere in the affairs of its inhabitants.
24:39He is not your salvation, nor your protector.
24:43Do you understand what I am saying to you?
24:46Words.
24:47He was different once.
24:48A long time ago.
24:49Kind.
24:50Yes.
24:51A hero even.
24:52A savor of worlds.
24:53But he suffered losses which hurt him.
24:54Now he prefers isolation to the possibility of pain's return.
24:56Kindly choose a word to indicate your understanding of this.
24:58Man.
24:59What?
25:00Man.
25:01I see you.
25:02Man.
25:03You're a man.
25:04What?
25:05I see you in the face.
25:06It's true.
25:07That you're.
25:08You're not a man.
25:09You're a man.
25:10I see him.
25:11What?
25:12You're evil.
25:13You're a man.
25:14If you're a man.
25:15I can't even follow him.
25:16But the author is not a man.
25:18He's a man.
25:19He's a man.
25:20Yeah.
25:21I wish you.
25:22I'm a man.
25:23You're a man.
25:24I'm a man.
25:25He is a man.
25:26I am a man.
25:27I get mad.
25:28What?
25:29I'll do I?
25:30we are the doctor's friends we assist him in his isolation but that does not mean we approve of it
25:40so
25:42a test for you
25:46give me a message for the doctor tell him all about the snow and what fresh danger you believe
25:54it presents and above all explain why he should help you

31:06You're not leaving. You're not going up.
31:11After about five minutes, where did that come from?
31:23It's the human male from the Institute.
31:25What's he doing here?
31:29Suggests we melt his brain using projectile acid fish,
31:32and then interrogate him.
31:36Other way round.
31:39Am I going to have the nightmare tonight?
31:42Definitely not.
31:43How do you know?
31:44Because someone's coming to help.
31:47Who?
31:49You wouldn't believe me if I told you.
31:51Is it one of your stories?
31:53Your definitely true ones?
31:55All my stories are true.
31:56Like how you're born behind the clock face of Big Ben?
31:59Accounting for my acute sense of time.
32:01And you invented fish?
32:02Because I dislike swimming alone.
32:04So what's this one?
32:07There's a man called the Doctor.
32:11He lives on a cloud in the sky,
32:13and all he does all day, every day,
32:15is to stop all the children in the world ever having bad dreams.
32:18I've been having bad dreams.
32:19I've been having bad dreams.
32:21He's been on holiday.
32:23But I'm confident he has now returned to work,
32:26and as a matter of fact, he's right here.
32:29Aren't you, Doctor?
32:30I've been on holiday, Doctor.
32:33Ah!
32:34Loving hell!
32:35The children have been very naughty.
32:36Just get back.
32:37Now.
32:38Quickly.
32:39You're doing your other voice.
32:40Yes, love.
32:41Did you notice?
32:42Naughty, naughty children.
32:43Run!
32:45What do I do?
32:47Franny.
32:48Franny.
32:49Imagine a melting.
32:50What?
32:51In your head.
32:52Melt her.
32:53I'm getting impatient.
32:58You have been very naughty.
33:01What about the man?
33:02He said the man was here.
33:03The cloud man.
33:04Well, he's not, is he?
33:05Where's the Doctor?
33:06I don't know.
33:07Doctor?
33:08Doctor?
33:10Doctor who?
33:20That's the way to do it.
33:23Oi!
33:24Ow!
33:43Where did she go?
33:44Will she come back?
33:45No, don't worry.
33:46She's currently draining through your carpet.
33:49New setting.
33:50Antifreeze.
33:51Antifreeze.
33:52And you're very welcome, by the way.
33:53I'm very grateful.
33:54I knew you'd come.
33:55No, you didn't.
33:56Because I don't.
33:57Because this isn't the sort of thing I do anymore.
33:59Well, next time you're in trouble, don't expect me to...
34:05What is it?
34:06What's wrong?
34:08Sorry, it's just...
34:11You know, I put it on.
34:12Old habit.
34:22It's cooler.
34:27Yeah.
34:28It is, isn't it?
34:29It is very cool.
34:32Bowties are cool.
34:33No, the room.
34:34The room.
34:35The room's getting colder.
34:36They're coming back!
34:37What's she going to do?
34:38Is she going to punish me?
34:40Ah.
34:42Ah.
34:43She's learned not to melt.
34:45Of course, she's not really a governess.
34:46She's just a beast.
34:48She's going to eat you.
34:50Run.
34:52Children, what is the expedition?
34:54Who the devil are you?
34:55What are you doing in my house?
34:56It's okay.
34:57I am your governess' gentleman friend,
34:59and we've just been upstairs...
35:01kissing.
35:03Captain Latimer!
35:04In the garden, there's snowmen,
35:06and they're just growing out of nowhere,
35:09all by themselves.
35:10Look!
35:13Good evening.
35:14I'm a lizard woman from the dawn of time,
35:16and this is my wife.
35:17This dwelling is under attack!
35:21Remain calm, human scum!
35:28So, any questions?
35:32You have a gentleman friend?
35:36Faster!
35:37What's happening?
35:38The snow is highly localised,
35:39and on this occasion,
35:41not naturally occurring.
35:42It's coming out of that cab part by the gates!
35:44Sir, one pelvic grenade would blow these
35:46snowmen to smithereens!
35:48Made of snow, Strax.
35:50They're already smithereens.
35:52See, Clara?
35:53Our friends again.
35:54Clara? Who is Clara?
35:55Your current governess is in reality
35:56a former barmaker called Clara.
35:58That's the way to do it!
36:00Meanwhile, your previous governess
36:01is now a living ice scotch
36:02impersonating Mr. Punch.
36:04Jenny, what have you got?
36:09I should hold it.
36:11Sir, this room.
36:12One observational window on the line of attack,
36:13and one defendable entrance.
36:15All right, everyone in there.
36:16Now, moving.
36:17You, carry out.
36:21Nice to see you off your cloud
36:22and engaging again.
36:23I'm not engaging again.
36:24I'm under attack.
36:25You missed this, didn't you?
36:26Shut up.
36:32Drax, how long have we got?
36:33They're not going to attack.
36:34They made no attempt to conceal their arrival.
36:36An attack force would never abandon surprise so easily.
36:39And they're clearly in a defense formation.
36:41Aye, aye, aye.
36:42Well done, Drax.
36:43He's still got it, buddy.
36:45Sir, please do not noogie me during combat prep.
36:48So there's something here they want.
36:50The ice woman.
36:51Exactly.
36:52Why is she so important?
36:53Because she's a perfect duplication of human DNA
36:55in ice crystal form.
36:56The ultimate fusion of snow and humanity.
36:59To live here, the snow needs to evolve.
37:01And she's the blueprint.
37:02She's what they need to become.
37:04When the snow melted last night in the pond...
37:06No.
37:07Living ice that will never melt.
37:10If the snow gets hold of that creature on the stairs,
37:12it will learn to make more of them.
37:14It will build an army of ice.
37:17And it will be the last day of humanity on this planet.
37:26Stay here.
37:31Oi, I told you to stay in there.
37:36Oh, I didn't listen.
37:37You do that a lot.
37:38That's why you like me.
37:39Who said I like you?
37:48I think you just did.
37:49You kissed me.
37:50You blushed.
37:51And with this...
37:53Shut up.
38:01Release her to us.
38:06You have five minutes.
38:17We need to get her out of here, but keep her away from them.
38:20How?
38:21With this, I always have to state the obvious.
38:24Those creatures outside, what are they?
38:25No danger to you as long as I get that thing out of here.
38:27You in there now.
38:28Help!
38:31What are you doing?
38:32Between you and me?
38:33Can't wait to find out.
38:36Right.
38:37If you look out for everyone here, then I can...
38:38Clara?
38:39Clara?
38:40Stupid!
38:41You were stupid too.
38:42I'm allowed. I'm good at stupid.
38:43That's not right to do it.
38:44Why does she keep saying that?
38:46Mirroring. Random mirroring.
38:47We need to get on the roof.
38:48That's not right to do it.
38:49No, no, I do the hand grabbing.
38:50That's my job. That's always me.
38:52Come on, quickly.
38:54What are you doing?
38:55My bustle is stuck.
38:56Your bustle.
38:57You're going to have to take those clothes off.
39:01I didn't mean...
39:02I know. I understand. I do.
39:03Good.
39:04Now, what's the plan?
39:05Who said I've got a plan?
39:06Of course you've got a plan. You took that.
39:07Maybe I'm an idiot.
39:08You're not.
39:09You're clever. Really clever.
39:12Are you?
39:13If I've got a plan, what is it? You tell me.
39:14That's the way to do it!
39:16Is this a test?
39:17Yes.
39:18What would it do to us?
39:19Kill us.
39:20That's the way to do it!
39:22So come on, then plan. Do I have one?
39:24Oh, I know what your plan is. I knew straight away.
39:26No, you didn't.
39:27Of course I did.
39:28Show me.
39:29Why should I?
39:30Because we'll be dead in under 30 seconds. Do I have a plan?
39:31If we've been escaping, we'd be climbing down the building.
39:33If we've been hiding, we'd be on the other side of the roof.
39:35But no, we're standing.
39:37Right here.
39:38So, after you.
39:41After you.
39:42After you.
39:43I'm wearing a dress. I was front, soldier.
39:44My eyes are always front.
39:45Fine on.
39:49Stop it.
39:50No.
39:53I understand you're the previous governess.
39:55I regret to inform you the position is taken.
39:58Good night.
39:59So you can move your cloud. You can control it.
40:06No.
40:07No one can control clouds. That would be silly.
40:09The wind, a little bit.
40:13She's following us.
40:14That's the idea.
40:15Keep her away from the snow.
40:17So, barmaid or governess, which is it?
40:19That thing is after us and you want to chat?
40:21We can't chat after we've been horribly killed, can we?
40:24How do we get up so high so quick?
40:26Clever staircase. Taller on the inside.
40:28What am I standing on? What's this made of?
40:31Super dense water vapor.
40:32Should give her a trap for the moment.
40:41So you actually live up here on a cloud in a box?
40:43I have done for a long time now.
40:44Blimey, you really know how to sulk, don't you?
40:46I'm not sulking.
40:47You live in a box.
40:48That's no more a box than you are a governess.
40:50Oh, spoken like a man.
40:52You know, you're the same as all the rest.
40:53Sweet little Clara, works of the Rose and Crown,
40:56ideas of other station.
40:57Well, for your information, I'm not sweet on the inside
40:59and I'm certainly not...
41:01It's called the TARDIS.
41:11It can travel anywhere in time and space.
41:14And it's mine.
41:18But it's...
41:20Look at it.
41:22Go on, Sam.
41:23Most people do.
41:25Smaller on the outside.
41:39Okay.
41:40That is a first.
41:41Is it magic?
41:42Is it a machine?
41:43It's a ship.
41:44A ship?
41:45Best ship in the universe.
41:46Is there a kitchen?
41:47Another first.
41:48I don't know why I asked that.
41:49It's just...
41:50I like making souffles.
41:51Souffles?
41:52Souffles?
41:53Why are you showing me all these?
41:54You followed me.
41:55Remember?
41:56I didn't invite you.
41:57You're nearly a foot taller than I am.
41:59You could have reached the ladder without this.
42:00You took it.
42:01For me.
42:02Why?
42:03Why?
42:04I never know.
42:05Why?
42:07I never know why.
42:16I never know why.
42:21It's time for years.
42:22It's time for years.
42:23I don't have further victims."
42:26Right.
42:27Yeah.
42:28I don't know.
42:29I don't know what's going on.
42:30Hey.
42:31I don't know why.
42:32I mean I did not know what's going on in certainontinueers.
42:33My mother's got a dinner.
42:34I... I only know who.
42:48What's this?
42:49Me.
42:51Giving in.
43:00I don't know why I'm crying.
43:01I do.
43:03Remember this. Remember this right now, all of it.
43:06Because this is the day.
43:08This is the day.
43:09This is the day!
43:11Everything begins!
43:18Clara!
43:19Clara!
43:20Clara!
43:21Get off of me!
43:22Water vapor doesn't stop ice, I shouldn't realize.
43:24Get off!
43:25Let her go! Let her go now!
43:26Now!
43:27Get off of me!
43:28No!
43:30Clara!
43:32What was that?
43:46It's Clara!
43:48Dear God.
43:50Oh dear God.
43:51Where did she fall from?
43:55We have to get her inside.
43:57Those things will kill you.
43:58She's hurt.
43:59She's dead.
44:05What is that?
44:06What is happening?
44:07What is happening?
44:08What is happening?
44:22He's bringing her in.
44:23That green woman said she was dead. How can she be alive now?
44:30This technology has capacities and abilities beyond anything your puny human mind could possibly understand.
44:36Try not to worry.
44:37What is happening?
44:38What is happening?
44:39What is happening?
44:40That green woman said she was dead. How can she be alive now?
44:43This technology has capacities and abilities beyond anything your puny human mind could possibly understand.
44:49Try not to worry.
44:50Try not to worry.
44:51Try not to worry.
44:52Mrs.
44:55Mrs.
45:01Mrs.
45:03Is the creature still a danger?
45:05Is the creature still a danger? It could be formed.
45:06Isn't the creature still a danger? It could be formed.
45:11No, not in here.
45:13Then you should be with Miss Clara.
45:15She's going to be fine. I know she is. She has to be.
45:19Doctor, her injuries are severe.
45:22That equipment will bring back anyone for a while at long term.
45:25It was my fault. I am responsible for what happened to Clara.
45:28She was in my care.
45:31What is the point of blaming yourself?
45:34None.
45:36Because she's going to live.
46:03Hello.
46:04They all think I'm going to die, don't they?
46:09And I know you're going to live.
46:12How?
46:14They never know how.
46:19I just know who.
46:21The green lady.
46:31She said you were the saver of worlds once.
46:36Are you going to save this one?
46:39If I do,
46:40will you come away with me?
46:44Yes.
46:44Yes.
46:45I will live.
46:45I will live.
46:49Merry Christmas.
46:50Mm-hmm.
46:50Your name is Rachel.
46:51I love you.
46:51I love you.
46:52I love you.
46:52Yes.
46:53Yes?
46:53Well then.
46:58Merry Christmas.
46:59Mm-hmm.
47:00Merry Christmas.
47:30I have in my hand a piece of the ice ladle.
47:35Everything you need to know about how to make ice people.
47:40Is that what you want?
47:44See you at the office.
47:50So then, Doctor, saving the world again? Might I ask why?
47:54Are you making a bargain with the universe? You'll save the world to let her live.
47:57Yes, and don't you think, after all this time and everything I've ever done, that I am owed this one?
48:02I don't think the universe makes bargains.
48:04It was my fault.
48:05Well then, better save the world.
48:08You've promised us something. Have you bought it?
48:12Bigfella has been very quiet while you've been out, which is only to be expected, considering who he really is.
48:22You know what this is, Bigfella?
48:23I do not understand these markings.
48:24A map put to London Underground, 1967.
48:28Key strategic weakness in metropolitan living, if you ask me, but then I have never liked a tunnel.
48:34Enough of this.
48:35We are powerful, but on this planet we are limited.
48:37We need to learn to take human form.
48:38The governance is our most perfect replication.
48:40The governance of humanity.
48:41What's happening to its voice?
48:42Just stripping away the disguise.
48:43No, stop it.
48:44It's not.
48:45It's not.
48:46I do not understand these markings.
48:47I do not understand these marks.
48:48A map put to London Underground, 1967.
48:49Key strategic weakness in metropolitan living, if you ask me.
48:50But then I have never liked a tunnel.
48:53Enough of this.
48:54We are powerful, but on this planet we are limited.
48:58We need to learn to take human form.
49:00The governance is our most perfect replication.
49:03of humanity. What's happening to its voice? Just stripping away the disguise. No, stop. Stop that.
49:11Cease. I command you. It sounds like a child. Of course it sounds like a child. It is a child.
49:16Simeon is a child. The snow has no voice without him. Don't listen to him. He's ruining everything.
49:21How long has the intelligence been talking to you? I was a little boy. He was my snowman.
49:27He spoke to me. They're silly. Snow doesn't talk, does it? It's just a mirror.
49:36I don't want to talk to them. They're silly. They're silly. It just reflects back everything
49:42we think and feel and fear. I don't need anyone else. Don't need anyone else.
49:49You poured your darkest dreams into a snowman and look. Look what it became. I don't understand.
49:57It's a parasite feeding on the loneliness of a child and the sickness of an old man.
50:04Carnivorous snow meets Victorian values. And something terrible is born.
50:12We can go on and do everything we planned.
50:15Oh, yes. And what a plan. A world full of living ice people.
50:18Oh, dear me. How very Victorian of you.
50:25What's wrong with Victorian values?
50:29Are you sure?
50:31I have always been sure.
50:36Good.
50:37I'm glad you think so.
50:44Since your entire adult life is about to be erased, no parasite without a host.
50:50Without you, it will have no voice. Without the governance, it will have no form.
50:54What? What? What? What's happening? What's happening? What did you do?
51:02You've got nothing left to mirror anymore.
51:07Goodbye.
51:08What did you do?
51:12Did you really think it would be so easy?
51:18That's not possible.
51:19How is that possible?
51:23Doctor?
51:41They're growing.
51:42The snowmen are growing.
51:45What did you do?
51:46But you were just Dr. Simeon. You were not real.
51:51He dreamed you.
51:53How can you still exist?
51:55Now the dream outlifts the dreamer and can never die.
51:59Once I was the puppet.
52:01Now I pull the strings.
52:04I try so long to take on human form.
52:09By raising Simeon, you made space for me.
52:13I feel the end now.
52:20More than snow.
52:23More than Simeon.
52:24Even this whole body is strong in my control.
52:31Do you feel it?
52:35Winter is coming.
52:38Winter is coming.
52:41No, you must fight.
52:46Hang on and fight, boy.
52:47You can do it.
52:48Captain Adam.
52:50Your children.
52:53They're afraid.
52:57Hold them.
52:59It's not really my area.
53:02It is now.
53:03Now.
53:03What's happening?
53:27Doctor.
53:28The globe.
53:29It's only terrain.
53:30All of it.
53:31The snow.
53:32Look.
53:45He's dead.
53:47What happened?
53:49The snow mirrors.
53:50That's all it does.
53:51It's mirroring something else now.
53:52Something so strong.
53:54It's drowning everything else.
53:56There was a critical mass of snow at the house.
54:11If something happened there.
54:13Salty.
54:19Saltwater rain.
54:21It's not raining.
54:23It's crying.
54:25The only force on earth that could drown the snow.
54:28Our whole family crying on Christmas Eve.
54:30I'm sorry.
54:47There was nothing to be done.
54:50She has moments only.
54:52We saved the world, Clara.
55:14You and me.
55:16We really, really did.
55:17Will you go back to your cloud?
55:23No more cloud.
55:25Not now.
55:27I know.
55:35Your brain.
55:36Run.
55:37Run.
55:37Run, you clever boy.
55:54And remember.
55:59It's Christmas.
56:02Christmas Day.
56:03And what about the intelligence?
56:18Melted with the snow?
56:20No, I shouldn't think so.
56:21We learned to survive beyond physical form.
56:24Well, we can't be in much danger from a disembodied intelligence
56:27that thinks it can invade the world with snowmen.
56:30Or that the London Underground is a key strategic weakness.
56:33The great intelligence rings a bell.
56:45The great intelligence.
56:47Doctor.
56:48I never knew her name.
57:01Her full name.
57:03Oswin Oswald.
57:04Junior Entertainment Manager, Starship Alaska.
57:07Souffle girl.
57:10Oswin.
57:11It was her.
57:13Run, you clever boy.
57:15Run, you clever boy.
57:18And remember.
57:21It was Souffle girl, again.
57:25I never saw her face the first time with the Daleks, but her voice.
57:29It was the same voice.
57:30Doctor.
57:30The same woman.
57:32Twice.
57:33And she died.
57:33Both times.
57:34The same woman.
57:35Doctor, please.
57:36What are you talking about?
57:37Something's going on.
57:38Something impossible.
57:39Something.
57:41Right.
57:42You two stay here.
57:43Stay right here.
57:44Don't move an inch.
57:45Are you coming back?
57:46Shouldn't think so.
57:47But where are you going?
57:48To find her.
57:50To find Clara.
57:51But Clara's date.
57:54What's he talking about?
57:56Finding her.
57:57I don't know.
57:59But perhaps the universe makes bargains after all.
58:02Oh.
58:06Where are you going?
58:08Shortcut.
58:09Through there.
58:10I hate this place.
58:11Don't you think it's creepy?
58:14Nah.
58:14I don't believe in ghosts.
58:17Watch me run.
58:30Watch me run.
58:47Miss me?
59:02Who the hell are you?
59:03I'm the Doctor.
59:04I'm an alien from outer space.
59:05I'm a thousand years old.
59:06I've got two hearts.
59:07And I can't fly back.
59:09Running away with a spaceman in a box.
59:10Anything could happen to you.
59:12That's what I'm coming on.
59:14Where do you want to go?
59:15Hey?
59:16What do you want to see?
59:17Is that her?
59:28The woman toy's dead.
59:29She's rather pretty, isn't she?
59:31She's not possible.
59:34Right now, Clara Oswald.
59:38Time to find out who you are.
59:47ykush.com

wrong movie, this is christmas special with Matt Smith, 12th doctor Who. It should be the first Doctor Who Movie with David Tennant. Could you please, remove this version, and replace it with the correct version? would be nice.
