18:55It's about building that works together with nature.
18:59It'll be a community where people can work, live, and play,
19:04but the buildings will blend in with the beautiful countryside.
19:07I want to make use of the natural things out there
19:10and use them to make and save energy.
19:13So everything will be powered by wind, water and sun.
19:18There's loads of that in Sunflower Valley.
19:21And we'll build using materials that are recycled,
19:24so waste will be reduced by reusing things.
19:27Some of the buildings will be built into the sides of the hills.
19:30And because they'll be surrounded by lots of soil...
19:33They'll be warm in the winter
19:35and cool in the summer.
19:38Which saves energy!
19:40So basically, what I'm saying my idea is to...
