00:05Arianators, the moment we've all been waiting for is finally here!
00:09Ariana Grande just dropped her highly anticipated fifth studio album,
00:13Thank U! Next, and fans have been going absolutely nuts.
00:16It's pretty crazy to think that Ari dropped her last album, Sweetener,
00:19just six months ago, but judging how lit social media was after the album dropped,
00:23Thank U! Next could not come soon enough.
00:26According to Billboard's Rania Aniftos, Thank U! Next is an audio capture
00:29of coming to terms with the death of Mac Miller and her split from fiancée
00:33Pete Davidson, all in the public eye and under immense pressure.
00:36The album's title track and Seven Rings deal with recovery and empowerment,
00:40while Imagine is believed to be inspired by Miller.
00:42Aniftos explains the album also has a theme of it's okay to not be okay,
00:47with tracks like Ghostin', Fake Smile and Needy focusing primarily on dealing
00:51with personal baggage. Shortly after the album's release, Ari was trending on Twitter
00:54throughout the night with hundreds of fans pouring out their thoughts, feelings,
00:58support and emotions.
01:00Most were messages of love as Ari Nader soaked up the album's 12 tracks.
01:03Twitter particularly enjoyed the tracks Break Up With Your Girlfriend I'm Bored
01:07and Ghostin' with an influx of hilarious memes.
01:10Some declare this as Ari's most mature record, while others are dead set that this is
01:14her best work yet. Either way, I think we can all agree that Thank U! Next is going to be
01:19a surefire hit.
01:20To check out more of the best reactions to Thank U! Next and stream the album in full,
01:24head over to Billboard.com and until next time, for Billboard News I'm Neha Joy.
