00:19I've been quiet for the past few days, not because I haven't been disgusted and outraged by the recent
00:24Balenciaga campaigns, but because I wanted an opportunity to speak to their team to understand
00:29for myself how this could have happened. As a mother of four, I've been shaken by the disturbing
00:33images. The safety of children must be held with the highest regard and any attempts to normalize
00:39child abuse of any kind should have no place in our society, period. Kim has been an ambassador of
00:44the brand since early 2022 and said, as for my future with Balenciaga, I am currently re-evaluating
00:50my relationship with the brand, basing it off their willingness to accept accountability for
00:55something that should have never happened to begin with and the actions I am expecting to see them
01:00take to protect children. Balenciaga has since removed the campaign from all their accounts.
