Don't call it a comeback; it's a "Bring Back event," apparently.
Transcript
00:00It's official! Endgame is being re-released in theaters, and we now know just what you
00:11can expect to see on the big screen. But for those of you who are hoping to see an
00:14extended cut of the movie, it might be a little underwhelming. Marvel Studios says
00:18that the re-release, officially being called a Bring Back event, will feature the movie in its
00:22original cut, accompanied by a video introduction by director Anthony Russo and an
00:27unfinished deleted scene from the film. Additionally, a sneak peek at the upcoming
00:31Marvel movies Spider- Far From Home will be included. Far From Home swings into theaters next week.
00:36Participating theaters will be giving away copies of this exclusive poster featuring the Iron Man
00:41gauntlet and the tagline, we love you 3000, while supplies last. News that the movie was headed back
00:46into theaters first emerged last week, with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige teasing that it would
00:51feature new footage. This re-release comes as the movie approaches the record for the highest-grossing
00:56movie of all time, which, of course, is currently held by Avatar. Avatar made $2.8 billion,
01:02while Endgame currently sits at $2.74 billion.
01:11The Bring Back event arrives this Friday.
