01:33First of all, Toby hated cell phones.

01:36He kept going on about how the government uses them to brainwash people.

01:39And second, he was handcuffed by three React agents when the bomb detonated.

01:44Look, I know I hit my head and things are still a little fuzzy.

01:48But I know what I saw.

01:50Toby didn't set off a damn thing.

01:52Well, if he didn't detonate that bomb, who did?
