00:04because she is facing a lot of heat with her new skincare line.

00:07According to Entertainment Tonight, the beauty mogul is facing a lawsuit for both lines,

00:12Skin and Skin by Kim, for willful infringement of an allegedly pre-existing brand name and logo.

00:19Now, this suit was filed by esthetician Cindy Lunsford,

00:22and she claims that her company, Beauty Concepts, has used the brand name Skin Plus since August 2018.

00:28Well, Kim's lawyer, Michael Rhodes, denied these allegations and told ET that while they applaud Lunsford

00:34for being a small business owner and following her dreams,

00:37it doesn't give her the right to wrongfully claim that they've done something wrong.

00:41Well, I guess we will have to wait and see how this goes.
