00:05clinic and we're here to break the latest reports down. Hey guys it's Ali

00:12for Hollywood Life with a big story regarding Scott Disick. The reality star

00:16reportedly checked in and then quickly checked out of rehab and is now suing

00:20the clinic. The Daily Mail initially broke the news and posted a photo of

00:24Scott during a zoom meeting while staying at the facility in Edwards

00:29Colorado. The site reported he entered due to alleged drug abuse citing cocaine

00:33and alcohol usage. Recall Scott has struggled with substance abuse in the

00:37past. However Scott's lawyer claims that him going back to rehab had nothing to

00:41do with substance abuse. In a statement his lawyer says Scott entered the clinic to

00:45get help and come to terms to deal with the pain he's been silently suffering for

00:49many years due to the sudden death of his parents. Recall Scott's mom fell ill and

00:54after she passed away his dad died three months later. Scott's team believes the

00:58photo was taken by a staff member and if so that breaks HIPAA and is an invasion

01:03of his privacy which could trigger a criminal prosecution. TMZ reports the

01:08photo was taken upon his check-in and once he found out he immediately called a

01:12car to leave and head back to LA. Adding to this E! News reports that Scott had a lot

01:16of guidance from Courtney and she demanded he get help. The site says that things

01:20have been bad the last couple of weeks and Courtney wouldn't allow him around the

01:24kids unless he sought treatment. Another source tells E! that quarantine has proven

01:28to be a challenge for Scott. The downtime has caused him to spiral in his thoughts

01:32and Sophia noticed behavioral changes. She was extremely worried with the choices he

01:36was making and how out of control he would get sometimes. Sophia then reportedly

01:40tipped off Courtney because she didn't know what else to do. Apparently Courtney

01:43had the inclination that something was up beforehand by his unresponsiveness and

01:48when it came to conversations about their kids. She eventually gave him an ultimatum and Scott flew out of LA to sleep.

01:53On another note after news broke Courtney posted a photo of Penelope with a

01:58heartfelt caption that read love yourself first, chase your dreams, make mistakes

02:02and learn from them. Believe in God's plan you are more beautiful than you will

02:06ever know and oh so smart there is no one else like you in the entire world you are
