00:00You are so amazing.
00:01Thank you so much.
00:02I think we're my most heartbreaking performance.
00:04Oh, okay.
00:07If I'm personally allowed to rank.
00:09How are you feeling being here right now?
00:11This is incredible.
00:12It feels amazing.
00:13It feels phenomenal.
00:14I mean, it feels like a mini celebration, or mini is the wrong word.
00:18It feels like a celebration of the hard work and how much time we put in,
00:21effort we put into the series.
00:22And so it's just really cool.
00:23It's nice.
00:24It's exciting.
00:25Yeah, because I mean, you're in it for so long.
00:27So now looking back and reflecting, what sticks out to you most about your experience working on The Penguin?
00:32Oh, man.
00:32What sticks out the most?
00:34I guess this feeling of I was very nervous going into it,
00:38very scared about how the character was going to be received, how the show was going to be received.
00:42Mostly I tried focusing on my part, how my role was going to be received, my character.
00:47And I guess what sticks with me most is that this sort of feeling of accomplishment, I guess,
00:52sort of like, you know, you try really hard and then people embrace it.
00:56People like the show.
00:56And so that's important, although it shouldn't be as important.
00:59I shouldn't put so much weight on that.
01:01But it does feel great when, yeah, I think it's validating.
01:04I think that, but it's like I shouldn't try to find my validation and what the audience thinks.
01:07But I'm working on it.
01:09But I think that, the thing I'll take with me most is just how great it feels to push yourself
01:14and for it to feel like it pays off.
01:16Yeah, I mean, it's interesting you say that because it kind of, a little bit of the dynamic
01:20that Vic has with Oz.
01:22So what was Colin like on set for you as maybe kind of a mentor in a way?
01:26Incredible.
01:26I mean, the dude is so giving.
01:28He's so present.
01:29He's so kind.
01:30And he's so good.
01:31So getting to watch him as a young actor, I mean, I admire him so much.
01:35And I respect what he does so much.
01:36Getting to see it up close.
01:38And especially when you see the finished product.
01:40I mean, it's one thing when you're standing here in front of someone.
01:41It's one thing when you can step back and see the full picture.
01:44And so getting to see it, having him talk to me, asking him a million questions,
01:49and having him answer him, it's like, it was everything.
01:52Well, if Penguin wins big tonight, what are we doing?
01:54What is the cast doing?
01:55I say we like I'm going.
01:57No, you're invited.
01:59I mean, we're going to get a drink or something.
02:01We've got to bottoms up, see what happens, and then let the night take us wherever it does.
