00:29:42by using the tresemme pro infusion smooth tonic it takes away a little bit of frizz and it keeps
00:29:47your hair hydrated as well especially when you're doing a sleek look like a bun
00:29:51so i want to do like a sleek pony kind of like the the idea of some texture but very sophisticated
00:30:02i'm going to use the tresemme one step curl cream to like help keep the waves it's going to help with
00:30:08the humidity resistance that is great i want this to kind of show like i really want a little like a
00:30:17peak of a skin what's happening over here no jacket it's not the fabric is not working enough
00:30:24in the jacket so i decided to use this element as the oversized element uh-huh the cape sleeve
00:30:29it like draped into her you mind walking and like yeah let's see how that and then the slim fitting is

00:37:02the fabric is so beautiful i know that i have done both modest and sexy and what that interpretation was
00:37:08for me this is so good and i'm really really proud of the look that i've made

00:37:27i can stand next to this explaining where the modesty comes in and where the sexiness comes in
00:37:50this is definitely one of those looks that represent me you don't make origami in a one-day
00:37:55challenge it's kind of crazy and i went and did it
00:38:04i completely love the look there's some edge to it it is elegant
00:38:25a girl is looking tight i love it i see the classic and the trendy and it's absolutely clear for me
00:38:39there's no confusion there oh she don't even need to sell all she needs to do is walk and it's sold it's
00:38:48there's always a great opportunity for me and it's so pretty much but more shaving and more
00:38:53how does one get into that you say represent myself as a designer i did i give you 100 me
00:39:12I really feel like this dress is very suited for Emily.
00:39:23The skin cutouts make it sexy.
00:39:26The black makes it kind of chic and edgy.
00:39:30The way the cape is moving around looks really interesting.
00:39:34It's like the cape built into the hem and then goes into the top.

00:39:38I mean, this has been a stressful journey, but I turned this around.
00:39:47And looking at this dress on Emily, I'm really proud of it.
00:39:50So it really comes down to Judge's personal taste at this point.

00:44:04I took the basic for the fabric and for the idea of a hoodie and just turned it into a
00:44:08gown for, like, the bold aspect.
00:44:11I don't know how successful it was, Vishmi.
00:44:13The sparkly accents on the bust made the look feel a bit dated, and it went a bit beauty
00:44:19pageant.

00:44:20I'm curious, like, just in terms of the silhouette, why did you go to that one?
00:44:25Because I thought that this would work.
00:44:27That hoodie needed to feel effortless, and it is feeling forced.
00:44:37It was interesting to see this gown in that material.
00:44:40But I think you try to push it so much into being sexy that it's struggling.
00:44:47For me, of all of the looks, I feel like you actually kind of nailed the directive the best

00:45:52I do think this is more fitted than oversized.
00:45:57I wish you could have found a way to make that cape maybe more billowy.
00:46:03It doesn't give me the juxtaposition between fitted and oversized.

00:47:38Let's just go bold and give it an edge by creating this architectural origami top there
00:47:45and then give it a front slit to kind of make it modern and more fresh.
00:47:49I definitely get the elegant side of things.
00:47:52The part that I think maybe wasn't so balanced was the edgy part of it.
00:47:57I also feel like the color choice was maybe a little too, you know, old-fashioned.
00:48:04They're just kind of very primary colors that for me make the look less exciting.
00:48:10I mean, I get it.
00:48:11I really appreciated the fact that you made it architectural origami-esque, and I could
00:48:18see a very good idea that could be translated into other things.
00:48:25But for me, it was safe.

00:51:15I don't want to have that title on me, like it's not cool or it's not modern.
00:51:20I'm older, so I make things for older people, so I can't do anything modern.

00:51:37So maturity for me is being able to take care of yourself and know where you're going and
00:51:42do it fully without depending on anything or anybody else.
00:51:45Just because she's mature doesn't mean she can't be fresh, forward-looking, and have
00:51:50a cool factor.

00:51:52That's what we'd love to see more of, and I know that you can deliver that.

00:52:45The sexy aspect of it is that you can see what she's wearing underneath.
00:52:49I think it looks beautiful.
00:52:51It definitely screams like Met Gala to me.
00:52:54I make a lot of modest dresses, so I could really imagine that shape in a fabric I'd traditionally
00:53:00do, but it's beautifully made, so I love it.
00:53:04I understand the shape in itself is intended to be modest.
00:53:10I know, I know.
00:53:10But it's fully transparent for that modesty.
00:53:15But this metallic lace works really well.

00:56:53It wasn't a total failure, but it wasn't all it could have been.

00:57:01The bedazzling was kind of tasteless, but it could have been great.
00:57:07I came off such a high with him last challenge that felt so new and fresh.
00:57:12To go back to this look in pink sweatshirt with bedazzled busts that you can't miss was
00:57:20just really so confusing.
00:57:24If your interpretation of basic is sweatshirt, then there should be an effortlessness to that
00:57:31look.
00:57:31And the dress was the opposite of that.
00:57:35Obviously, not perfect.
00:57:36Like, you could see all of the ways it didn't work.
00:57:40The slip was a little crazy.
00:57:42You know, now talking about coteau, I wonder if you all feel that this was an interesting
00:57:46idea.
00:57:47It's tough.
00:57:48I mean, I think the formal and casual was there, like bomber jacket and, like, fancy
00:57:54fabrics.
00:57:55But for me, the jacket just was, like, not desirable.
00:58:00I think the volume of that pant really drowned her model.

00:58:08The design of the pants was really great.
