00:00You don't own me. Don't try to change me in many ways.
00:04This is about justice.
00:06It's a First Wives Club reunion.
00:08Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn, and Diane Keaton are set to share the screen again for the first
00:13time in over two decades since starring in the 1996 classic First Wives Club.
00:18The trio is now set to star in the multi-generational comedy Family Jewels.
00:22The actors will play three women forced to spend the Christmas holidays together along
00:26with their kids and grandkids after the man they were all once married to drops dead
00:31in a New York City department store.
00:33Oddly enough, First Wives Club also involved three women and a dad.
00:37Hawn, Midler, and Keaton played former college friends in the blockbuster comedy who are all
00:41reunited at a funeral. The film follows the three divorced women as they seek revenge on
00:46their husbands who left them for younger women.
00:48The chemistry of Diane, Bette, and Goldie is unmatched and irresistible and I'm thrilled to
00:53help reunite them on screen for generations of fans, said Bradley Fisher, one of the
00:58producers of the film.
00:59Family Jewels is looking to start production later this year.
