00:22Aujourd'hui, je vis de Qatar à l'une de la ville du monde,
00:31mon pays d'origine.
00:33Je suis ici en Londres,
00:35un endroit célèbre pour ses riche historie,
00:37fameux landmarks,

02:08La perfect mix of great food
02:10et classic city views.
02:12Donc, nous allons passer Trafalgar Square,
02:15Nelson's Column,
02:16et à la base, vous avez ces quatre
02:18iconic lion statues.
02:20Et aussi, nous allons passer
02:21sur Whitehall,
02:22nous allons passer 10 Downing Street.
02:24Bien sûr, c'est là où le Président
02:25le Président.
02:26Donc, nous allons passer au Parlement Square
02:28où, bien sûr, vous avez l'House de Parlement
02:30et vous avez l'Elizabeth Tower
02:32qui contient Big Ben.
02:34Alors, normalement,
02:35les gens pensent que le tower
02:36avec le clock face à l'intérieur,
02:38mais c'est Big Ben.
02:40Je ne sais pas.
02:41Big Ben est le nom de la belle
02:43inside le tower.
02:45Nous allons passer par Buckingham Palace,
02:47qui est le plus fameux
02:49royal residence
02:50dans le monde.
02:51Et maintenant, nous avons
02:52notre King
02:53là-bas.
02:53Nous avons notre King
02:54là-bas.
02:55Vous pouvez normalement
02:56voir le flag
02:57sur le top
02:58de Buckingham Palace
02:58si il est en residence.
03:00Donc, si vous avez l'air,
03:01quand vous avez l'air,
03:02vous pouvez voir si il est en residence
03:03ou pas.
03:06Merci beaucoup, Mathieu,
03:07pour aujourd'hui.
03:08Merci beaucoup pour venir.
03:09Merci beaucoup pour venir.
03:10Merci beaucoup.
03:11Merci.
03:12Merci.
03:14Next, je suis checking
03:15dans mon hotel
03:16pour mon stay
03:17ici dans la ville.
03:18Le Londoner
03:19est un super boutique hotel
03:21tout juste off Leicester Square.
03:23C'est le meilleur endroit
03:24pour rentrer dans la ville.
03:26Le hotel's penthouse
03:28and signature suites
03:29are beautifully designed,
03:30featuring generous living areas
03:32and breathtaking city views.
03:35Today,
03:36I'm unwinding
03:37with a relaxing spa session
03:38at The Retreat,
03:39the hotel's wellness space.
03:41It features treatments
03:43that focus on calming the mind
03:44and refreshing the skin.
03:46It's the kind of place
03:48where you can switch off completely,
03:50even if it's just
03:51for a short session.
03:52Next door is Refuel,
03:54a superfood and wellness bar,
03:56serving nutritious dishes
03:58and smoothies.
03:59It's the ideal spot
04:00to recharge after a treatment.
04:02But for something
04:04a little more indulgent,
04:05I'm ending my day
04:06at Wickham's,
04:07the hotel's signature restaurant,
04:09known for its beautifully styled interior
04:12and delicious Mediterranean dishes.
04:14A truly delicious end
04:16to my first day in the city.
04:18The next day,
04:20I'm exploring London
04:22in a true British icon,
04:24the Mini.
04:26Behind the wheel is Matt Flynn,
04:28a born and bred Londoner
04:30who knows every shortcut
04:32and story this city has to offer.
04:34The ideal guide
04:36for a drive through London's busy streets.
04:38I've toured London's iconic spots
04:40in a bus.
04:41Now it's time to visit
04:42some of its hidden gems
04:43in a classic car.
04:45The first stop
04:46on our big adventure
04:47is Leek Street Archers,
04:49a graffiti hub
04:50located underneath
04:51Waterloo train station.
04:52So welcome to the Leek Street Archers.
04:54This is London's only legal graffiti site.
04:58I'm going to encourage you
05:00to go and have a walk up and down,
05:01take these markers,
05:02leave your own graffiti tag.
05:04Basically all the artwork you see here
05:06changes about every two weeks.
05:08An artist will come down,
05:09spray something,
05:10someone else will come down
05:11two weeks later,
05:12cover it completely.
05:13So the artwork is constantly changing.
05:15So go and leave your mark,
05:16make it significant,
05:18see what you can do.
05:19It will be staying forever.
05:22Once a quiet underpass,
05:24this tunnel has become
05:25one of London's most colourful spots.
05:28Stretching nearly 300 metres,
05:31it's completely open to the public.
05:33Artists come here day and night
05:35to paint and experiment.
05:37Even world famous artists
05:39like Banksy have left their mark.
05:41And today,
05:42I get to leave mine
05:43on the city I love.
05:45Back in the mini,
05:47we head out into the city again.
05:49London never sits still
05:51and neither do we.
05:52Our next stop takes us south of the river.
05:55We're on our way
05:56to one of the city's
05:57best loved food markets,
05:58Borough Market.
06:00So welcome to Borough Market.
06:02This is the oldest market in London.
06:04It's been stood here
06:05for over a thousand years.
06:07It's now a world famous farmers market
06:09with food coming from all over the world.
06:11It has to be of the highest possible quality.
06:13Thousands of tourists come from all over the world
06:15to sample the food here.
06:17Walking through Borough Market
06:19is one of my favourite ways to explore London.
06:22It's lively, colourful,
06:24and full of things you can't resist trying.
06:27There's everything here
06:29from olive oil and cheeses
06:31to fruit and vegetables.
06:33It's truly a feast for the senses.
06:36After exploring the market,
06:38we're back on the road again,
06:39taking in more of the city.
06:41Travelling through this big city
06:43in a tiny car
06:44really gives you a different view of London.
06:47It's been an epic experience.
06:49But for now, my tour with Matt has come to an end.
06:53Next up on my journey,
06:55I'm heading to one of London's most elegant walkways.
06:58A place of beautiful window displays
07:00and refined luxury.
07:02Here to tell me more about this historic spot
07:04is luxury retail expert, Trupti Shah.
07:07Welcome to Burlington Arcade.
07:09This is a place filled with history.
07:11We are in the heart of Mayfair
07:13and there's 206 years of history
07:15that we're going to try and go through.
07:17Burlington Arcade stretches nearly 200 metres
07:21and houses around 40 shops.
07:24These vintage stores stock everything
07:26from antique jewellery and bespoke fashion
07:29to rare watches and modern British perfumery.
07:32N Peel London has been part of Burlington Arcade
07:36for almost 90 years.
07:38Known for its fine cashmere,
07:40it's one of the arcade's longest standing names.
07:43Our next stop takes us into the world of vintage watches.
07:47Burlington Arcade is home to more than 3,000 vintage Rolex timepieces,
07:52making it one of the city's most impressive collections.
07:56Across the walkway is another luxury knitwear boutique
08:00full of heritage inspired clothing.
08:02This is a family owned business, very special.
08:06They are 228 years old.
08:09Everything is made in Scotland.
08:11And they also have a royal warrant from His Majesty King Charles.
08:17The royal connection is something that runs throughout the arcade.
08:21And when it comes to designer luggage, this next store fits right in.
08:25Founded in 1897, Globetrotter donates part of its profits
08:30to charities supported by the king.
08:33After a fantastic royal-infused tour,
08:35I love it!
08:37Full of fragrances and more,
08:39Tripti and I settle down for a coffee in the Arcade's Boutique Café.
08:44The perfect place to end our tour.
08:49As my journey continues, I'm visiting C'est La Vie London,
08:53a stylish restaurant high above the city.
08:56This dining spot is known for its bold Asian flavours and views of the capital.
09:03I'm heading into their kitchen for a cooking masterclass
09:06with one of their executive chefs.
09:09So what are we making here?
09:11Now we make Wagyu Gyoza.
09:14Yeah.
09:15They are definitely my favourite.
09:17Wagyu Gyoza are a gourmet variation of the traditional Japanese dumpling
09:22filled with marbled beef.
09:24Ray shows me how to fill and seal the dumplings in the traditional way.
09:29Good idea.
09:30A little bit pinch.
09:32Another pinch.
09:34Another one.
09:36Now it's my turn to give it a go.
09:38So I'll pick up one of these very delicate little sheets.
09:42Is that one?
09:43OK.
09:44I put it in my hand.
09:46Wrapping around the sides.
09:48And now it's all about the folding.
09:51Folding dumplings looks easy, but there's a real technique to getting it just right.
09:56With my quick training complete, it's time to try some flavours for myself.
10:00There you go.
10:01Enjoy a good selection of dishes that we have from Celebi London.
10:06Delicious.
10:07And this looks extremely diverse for London.
10:09People kind of come to London.
10:10They're expecting that quintessentially British, but actually now this is British cuisine.
10:15This is British.
10:16Yes.
10:17From our side, we've had a huge history of using spice across our cuisine for a number of years.
10:21And also one of the things we have looked at is to use as much British produce as we can with that accent of Asian influence as well, which really from our side, really say where Celebi comes from.
10:32The food here is exceptional, beautifully presented and full of flavour.
10:37You can taste the mix of British and Asian ingredients, a style that perfectly reflects the city's diversity.
10:44After an incredible experience, it's time to see the city from a different perspective.
10:52I'm grabbing an iconic black cab to my final destination.
10:58There are so many different modes of transport in London.
11:01I can't decide which one's my favourite, but the next one is definitely a little surprise.
11:07Trapti from the Burlington Arcade has invited me to take a flight over the city.
11:13The London Heliport is owned by the Rubin Brothers, who also own the Arcade.
11:18Today, we're flying high above London.
11:21A once in a lifetime experience, shared with a new friend.
11:25And we can't help but take a few snaps to savour the moment.
11:29London looks absolutely breathtaking from up here.
11:33Its famous landmarks and the Thames River stretch out endlessly.
11:38A view that reminds you just how big this city really is.
11:43From whizzing around the city in a Mini Cooper to exploring the sights of London from the skies.
11:49I can honestly say this trip has been unforgettable.
11:53I can't wait for the next adventure.
11:55I can't wait for the next adventure.
