00:30marrying Kim Kardashian was uncool and Kanye quickly responded saying well not

00:34Chris Humphries. That doesn't make sense. Still casting stones at thy brother I see

00:38even after Chris went through a depression over Kim's divorce filing. I doubt the

00:42Lord is saying sick burn. Anyway to Khloe, she's changed her look once again by

00:56seriously I'm actually digging this look and I would love to see her as a redhead.

00:59To the Kardashians of Jersey, Snooki, because she now fears the legal powers of

01:04one Kylie Jenner. Snooki recently captioned a post with Rise and Shine and then

01:09edited it saying OMG Kylie don't sue me. Snooki may have done this after fans

01:13pointed out Kylie trademarked the phrase which has nothing to do with anything.

01:17Unless Snooki goes back to the t-shirt shop and sells merchandise with the phrase

01:21then she might have a problem. And hold up we're not leaving Jersey just yet.

01:24A Garden State businesswoman named Kathy Began has come forward and claimed that she is the

01:31rightful owner of the Rise and Shine catchphrase. Yahoo reports Kylie's using the phrase without legal

01:36license or permission to do so without offering compensation. She reveals she spent years

01:40developing a product line of nutritional supplements, vitamins and cosmetics.

01:44Kathy reveals she's willing to fight for the trademark but she says there's good news I guess.

01:49Kathy's idea is to have Kylie sing a jingle for her company and she'll consider licensing the

01:54phrase for a reasonable fee for products that are non-competing. This means Kylie wouldn't really

02:00be able to use it on cosmetics so I'm not sure if this trade's really worth it at this point.

02:04Kathy says quote Kylie and I are both single mothers, businesswomen and entrepreneurs and I'm

02:09sure she can understand the struggle one goes through to build a brand and to protect that brand

02:13and business for ourselves and our children. We'll see how this plays out but for now you guys can hit
