00:08full-length trailer for the live-action remake of the 1998 Oscar-nominated
00:12animated classic. Trailer clips highlight Crystal Liu, who stars as the title hero,
00:17a woman who steps into war disguising herself as a man in order to protect her
00:21elderly father from having to join the military.
00:23As part of the film's score, the trailer also showcases
00:29a new arrangement of the song Reflection, which was from the original animated film.
00:43Disney dropped the first look teaser trailer for Mulan back in July.
00:47Nikki Caro, who's directing the live-action remake, spoke about the excitement surrounding
00:51the film at the D23 Expo back in August, saying,
00:59to experience her story in a very real, very visceral, and a very emotional way.
01:04The original animated film earned $304.3 million globally and voice-starred
01:09Ming-Na Wen as the lead. The live-action remake of Mulan is set to hit theaters
