00:14On the opposite side, the weights move inward, creating less torque, because one side appears heavier.
00:22The wheel seems like it can keep turning on its own.
00:24This looks like perpetual motion, but in reality, friction and drag slowly stop the wheel.
00:31So it doesn't run forever, but it is a fantastic demonstration of physics and how torque works.
