00:00The budget today is good news for London. I'm somebody that voted against a cap been introduced
00:05in those families which have two children in 2015 and I've been campaigning against it since I've
00:10been mayor. The Chancellor has announced a policy which means that hundreds of thousands of families
00:15will benefit in London. I've been campaigning since 2017 for London to be given the powers to
00:22raise funds from Tories to invest in our great cities to make it better for more Tories. And
00:29in 2018 I've been lobbying and campaigning for the DLR to be extended to TEMSME to help
00:35create 10,000 jobs and 25,000 homes. So I'm really pleased there. But also great news in terms
00:40of those young Londoners who are working. They'll get a pay rise. Great news for those waiting
00:45for an appointment in the NHS. They'll be reduced even further. But also really good news in terms
00:50of the government agreeing to work with us in relation to innovative financing for the
00:55Bay Clue Line to be extended for a West London orbital and for us to take over Great Northern.
