00:19ICI Chairman Andres Reyes Jr. says,
00:22Members of Congress are barred from having a financial interest,
00:25directly or indirectly, in any government contract.
00:28Those named in the recommendations sent to the Office of the Ombudsman
00:32include the following individuals and the companies linked to them.
00:58The referral involves 1,300 infrastructure projects awarded from 2016 to 2024.
01:10Reyes adds,
01:11The officials listed appear to have violated the Code of Conduct for Government Officials
01:15and the Anti-Graft and Corruption Act.
