01:01But okay, moving on to more drama. The New York Post is reporting Kylie Jenner's beauty empire's

01:06losing sales and it's struggling to maintain consumer loyalty. The site claims Kylie Cosmetics

01:11sales have declined 14% this year through May. The drop is likely due to the fact that a majority

01:17of customers have tried products only once and didn't come back. However, the site claims the

01:22company's social media following has increased 11% in the last six months. So that's a plus.

01:28But okay, if you ever wanted to know what celebs DM about, you're in luck. James Charles posted a video

01:34where he reached out to 100 of his favorite celebs asking them to pick products for his makeup routine.

01:39Some obviously didn't respond, but a shocking amount did and were super nice like Kylie Jenner.

01:44And who better to ask for a lip suggestion than the queen of lips herself literally revolutionized

01:49lips in the makeup industry. And that is Kylie Jenner. Kylie replied and said,

01:53ah, yes. Are we feeling a crazy color or totally up to me? And I said, literally pick whatever color

01:57you want. And she simply said, I'm sending you stuff now. Now, I literally got that DM from Kylie as I

02:02was leaving my house on the way to vacation. But when I got home, surely enough, there was a bag on my

02:07front porch labeled James Charles with some Kylie products in it. Meanwhile, he asked Kim K about her

02:12iconic red carpet eye shadow looks. She was actually the first celebrity to respond in just four minutes.

02:17Let me know what palette to use. And she said, one of your palettes. And I said, no, literally any palette.

02:21And she said, oh, then duh, one of mine. I would expect nothing less. The Kardashians are obviously

02:26marketing queens. And she says, let's do the So Fire palette, which I am so excited for because I just
