09:58political
09:59Europe,

10:56census,

11:00population
11:01in the last
11:02ten plus
11:03years.
11:04So we
11:05are not
11:06likely to
11:06see big
11:08emigration
11:08or people
11:09living in
11:09Montenegro,
11:10but rather
11:11than actually
11:11some of the
11:12central or
11:13western Europeans
11:14might consider
11:15living in
11:15nice weather
11:16and in a
11:17country of
11:18relatively low
11:19taxes as
11:20compared to
11:20the other
11:21options.
11:22And the
11:23friendly system,
11:24nice food,
11:25and so Montenegro
11:27is a place
11:28that I
11:29think many
11:30Europeans
11:30obviously
11:31and many
11:33Montenegro
11:33kids will
11:35go to
11:35universities
11:36around Europe
11:37and many
11:38people from
11:39our public
11:39administration
11:39might come
11:40to work
11:41in Brussels.
11:42So as a
11:43part of EU
11:44there will be
11:45a labor
11:45movement and
11:46I think
11:47Montenegro
11:47is unlikely
11:49to see a
11:50big number
11:50of people
11:51leaving the
11:51country.
11:52But going
11:53back to the
11:54point of the
11:54benefits of
11:55Montenegro
11:55joining I
11:56think we
11:56can be a
11:57fantastic
11:58really good
11:59bridge to

12:00candidate states

12:03our ethnic
