00:05because the 10-year-old celebrated her birthday just a few days ago, and it looks like she got two parties.
00:12Kourtney Kardashian threw a pool party for her daughter ahead of her special day,
00:16and even though her dad, Scott, did not attend Quartz House Party, he hosted a slumber party at his place on Penelope's actual birthday.
00:23An insider told Hollywood Life exclusively Penelope knows how loved she is by both her father and her mother.
00:30And she had such an amazing birthday weekend.
00:32She got a ton of presents from her mom and her dad and the entire Kardashian family.
