00:05In a new interview, author George R.R. Martin actually said that he is considering turning Game of Thrones into one or more films.
00:13This is so exciting for Game of Thrones fans everywhere.
00:16So this is what he said, quote,
00:18It all depends on how long the main series runs.
00:21Do we run for seven years? Do we run for eight? Do we run for ten?
00:25And he said since the books keep getting bigger and bigger, that they actually might need a feature film to kind of tie up all the loose ends of everything.
00:32But that they would need a hundred million dollar budget for two hours, that's a lot of money.
00:37He also said, quote,
00:38He actually said that he's considering turning his other series, Tales of Dunkin' Egg, into a feature film.
00:46So it sounds like this guy has movies on the brain.
00:48He said that the three stories act as a Game of Thrones prequel of sorts,
00:52and that those characters were actually ancestors to some of the Game of Thrones characters.
00:57This is all so cool.
00:58Now the cast of Game of Thrones came to the Big Apple, yes, New York City, for the season four premiere of their hit show.
01:04And I've got to say that the stars really pulled out all the stops on the red carpet,
01:09and Emilia Clarke looked absolutely radiant.
01:11To think that the Game of Thrones could be turned into a feature film has fans all over the world totally excited,
01:17but it sounds like we're going to have to wait a little bit longer.
