00:00One Direction and John Mayer react to Justin Bieber cancelling his Purpose tour.
00:05Plus, Justin may already be working on new music.
00:11Hey guys, it's Ali with your Daily Bieber, and Justin's fans aren't the only ones concerned about his Purpose tour cancellation,
00:17as Jeremy Bieber was recently spotted with his son in LA.
00:21TMZ reports Jeremy's visit is a direct response to the tour cancellation and JB hitting that path with his truck.
00:27There's also plans for some quality father-son time, because he hasn't seen JB since Christmas.
00:33TMZ reports since Jeremy's absence, Justin has been leaning on his pastor Carl Lentz as a father figure,
00:39and apparently it was Carl he turned to when he wanted to discuss ending his tour.
00:43Now, TMZ has also said Carl didn't explicitly tell Justin to cancel his remaining shows,
00:49but I think you can imagine a scenario where Carl is telling him to just follow his heart,
00:53and Justin has basically said his heart just wasn't in it anymore.
00:58Make of that what you want.
00:59We also hear exclusively Justin does plan on making new music soon as a stress reliever.
01:05However, we may not hear it for some time,
01:07and he'll probably avoid doing consecutive years of shows on his next tour.
01:12John Mayer, of course, showed his support to Justin on Twitter,
01:16reminding fans of the damage overworked artists do to themselves,
01:19and alludes to the recent suicide of Linkin Park's Chester Bennington.
01:23One Direction member, Louie Tomlinson, also sort of showed his support for Justin,
01:28but also manages to throw a little bit of shame.
01:31Obviously, you have to be in a good position mentally,
01:36but I also think to a certain degree, when you're signing up to something, you should see it through.
01:43To be fair, Justin did 160 shows in 16 months, all alone,
01:48while Louie had the support of four other guys,
01:51and their official longest tour was 123 shows.
01:54Then again, 1D was recording albums in their hotel rooms,
01:58and was basically on tour for five straight years.
02:01And what do you guys think about it?
