MORE than a dozen firefighters have descended upon a Newton Abbot bank this afternoon, Tuesday, November 25, following reports of a fire. Staff from HSBC have been evacuated as fire crews work to extinguish a fire which broke out in the staff room. Reportedly, a small heater caught fire.
