00:30You can look at it both ways. You can look at it, yeah, there are big shoes to fill,

00:44but you can also look at it in a way that you inherit a squad and a team that has a winning culture.

00:51And one of the reasons to come here, and there are always more reasons for this,

00:55but one of the reasons is that I do feel we have a really good team.

00:59He's been a great appointment. Everything I hear about him is positive.

01:03And when you see the performances on the field being as positive as they are,

01:07then, you know, they've got the right map.

01:16He helped me even more by the team he left behind and the culture he left behind in that team.

01:21The quality the players have was, I think, obvious for everyone,

01:25but the culture of hard work, the culture of not only from the players, but also from the staff members.

01:43So, if you change quite a lot during the summer, then I think it's not a surprise that it can go a bit like this,

01:57But you know what, if I'm being totally honest, when you actually look at the games they've lost

02:02and the type of games they've lost, they can't handle the physicality of the Premier League this season, they can't.

02:07There's so much focus on our new signings, because especially the pundits that favour not us,

02:13but some other clubs in the country that cannot stop talking about 450 million.
