Marvel made several annoucements at Comic Con 2014 including Guardians of The Galaxy 2 a Guardians cartoon and they showed off footage from upcoming films Avengers Age of Ultron and Ant Man.
00:00Hey guys, we have all the big Marvel news coming out of this year's Comic-Con. Here's the rundown.
00:05First, Guardians of the Galaxy hits theaters Friday.
00:07But the studio added to the excitement with the announcement of the sequel set to hit theaters July 28, 2017.
00:16Even better, a Guardians of the Galaxy cartoon is set to debut on Disney XD, though no premiere date was announced.
00:24I am Groot.
00:26Director Joss Whedon screened footage of Avengers Age of Ultron, which reportedly showed our superhero crew enjoying some beers before a massive fight scene, which includes Hulk fighting Iron Man in his supersized Hulkbuster armor.
00:39And fans definitely approved, calling it everything from amazing to incredible to f***ing hot.
00:45And when it comes to next year's Ant-Man, it was revealed that House of Cards alum Corey Stoll would be playing the villain Darren Cross, a.k.a. Yellowjacket.
00:53And Evangeline Lilly would be joining the cast as Hope Pym, a character that eventually turns into the baddie Red Queen.
01:00And get ready for five more Marvel movies to hit theaters sometime between 2017 and 2019.
01:07We're guessing one of them might be Doctor Strange.
01:11Also, big movies on the small screen, the second season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., will welcome three new characters, including Lucy Wallace as longtime S.H.I.E.L.D. veteran Isabel Hartley.
