Kendall and Kylie Jenner had a wild night of partying and now they're under investigation for underage drinking.

00:12Kim Kardashian's 16 and 17 year old sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner,

00:16may be in a whole lot of trouble after entering a 21 and over club in L.A. Tuesday night.

00:22According to the club manager, the underage girls presented fake IDs at the door.

00:26A move that's punishable by a fine, community service or worst case, some jail time.

00:33But their mom, Kris, denied the manager's claims, telling E! News that they were let in without an ID,

00:39along with their older sister, Khloe Kardashian.

00:41She also denies that her daughters even knew that it was a 21 and over venue,

00:46saying they thought it was a private party after the fashion show.

00:49They were told the club was rented out for the night.

00:52Apparently, that explanation isn't going to fly with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

00:58According to TMZ, the ABC is working overtime to investigate the celebrity's siblings

01:03in order to send a bigger message about underage drinking.

01:07The club is reportedly cooperating with authorities by providing video surveillance footage from the night.

01:13As of now, it's unclear if the footage contains anything incriminating.
