Peace talks: EU demands 'full involvement' on sanctions and Russian assets
Europeans insist that any decisions related to economic sanctions against Russia, the immobilised Russian assets and Ukraine's EU accession must be taken with full consent in any peace plan to end the war.

00:07On the sidelines of a summit in Angola between the EU and Africa,
00:11the 27 leaders held an informal meeting on Monday following discussions between Ukraine, the United States and Europe.
