The opening episode of HBO's glossy limited series 'The Undoing' has reached a cumulative 28-day audience of more than 2.78 million viewers for Comcast's European pay-TV giant Sky, making it bigger than the launch of 'Game of Thrones' on Sky in 2011.

00:25making it bigger than the launch of HBO's Game of Thrones on Sky in 2011.
00:29With the first three episodes attracting an audience of more than 2.5 million,
00:33Sky has now said that the David E. Kelly-created psychological drama
00:36is now on track to become the biggest U.S. series to ever launch on its Sky Atlantic channel.
00:42It has already surpassed recent U.S. shows, including Watchmen, True Detective, and Big Little Lies.
00:47Now, while The Undoing proved to have solid ratings on HBO in the U.S.,
00:51it found even greater success overseas.
00:53It had the best first season premiere of 2020 for HBO's networks in the Nordics and Central Europe,
00:59and was the best first season launch of all time for HBO in Denmark.
01:03The Undoing follows Grace Frazier, played by Kidman, as she is forced to question her entire life
01:08in the aftermath of a violent death, a missing husband, played by Grant, and a suspicious affair.
01:14HBO aired its series finale in the U.S. Sunday, November 29th.
