00:00So during the morning I do like an hour of weight training and then about two to three hours of boxing and then another hour of weight training at night and three to four protein shakes a day, endless amount of calorie intake, supplements and just constantly trying to transform my body.
00:20I put on 35 pounds for Christy and then when you start filming you have to keep up the training as well because then you'll lose the muscle gain or the mass gain and so then it was not just the 12 hours of filming, it was waking up early, do an hour of weight training before you go to work, filming and then after filming of 12 hours then going into fight training and then also some more weight training so my day has turned into like 18, 19 hour long days every day.
