Ma, poi, ciò che fate con quelle risposte, riguarda voi, la vostra creatività, la vostra esperienza. Si tratta di collegare i puntini”. Così, Julius Solaris, founder of Boldpush, in occasione del Bea World Festival all’Auditorium Parco della Musica a Roma, a “What’s Next? 00:00I feel that the opportunity that we have is incredible for our industry that is usually

00:08understaffed, under budgeted, where there's a lot of stress, there's a lot of need to

00:15be creative and making magic happen with very incredibly limited resources and think it's

00:21important that we have now these tools to help us to be more effective, more operational,

00:27more efficient with less budget and so we have that opportunity now to have agents that work

00:34for us and can do tasks for us that are very repetitive, they can save us a ton of time

00:40but we cannot let them do the work otherwise we become irrelevant and so we need to keep

00:46in mind that these are our assistants, they're not there to replace us and the only people

00:50that can let us replace us is ourselves and so we've got to keep it very clear that we

00:57we're going to work with you but I'm not going to take whatever you give me and put

01:01it out there because otherwise I become useless and irrelevant.

01:04So it's very important to use them as feedback mechanism to what we do to uncover data insights

01:12that would take hours and hours of work to just go through, can you think about it, thousands

01:17of feedback forms, thousands of data points.

01:20Now all of a sudden you can have those answers very quickly but then what you do with those

01:25answers it's about you, it's about your creativity, it's about your experience, it's about you

01:29connecting the dots.
