The series tells the story of a university professor named Masoud who has long wanted to marry his cousin, Samaneh, but family disputes and the opposition of Samaneh's mother have prevented this marriage. Meanwhile, the revelation of a secret about Masoud's past changes his life. It starts with showing the life of Masoud and his father. He lives a healthy life, exercises, and is a candidate for the university faculty; although he avoids doing interviews. The story of the series actually begins when, during Samaneh's proposal meeting, the father faints and later tells Masoud the truth in the hospital: he is not the real son of this family.

Years ago, when Masoud's parents were desperate to have children, they bought Masoud from a man named Navid Menqar. The revelation of this secret motivates Masoud to search for his real family. The search begins with finding the child's broker, Navid Menqar. He tells Massoud about "Nasser Sink" and enlightens him a little. Massoud arrives in the old neighborhood and finds out the address of Nasser Sink's house. After talking to his father for a while, Massoud leaves; of course, with the address of Nasser's wife, his real mother, Houri. Houri sews teddy bears and her daughter is an excellent student.
