Galactic Gale Baksinger depicts the turmoil of the solar system's planets against the backdrop of the turbulent Bakumatsu era, following the events of its predecessor, Galaxy Cyclone Braiger. It simultaneously portrays the exploits and fate of the “Galaxy Storm Squad,” led by protagonists reminiscent of the Shinsengumi.
