01:15to give back to the youth and always wanted to do that so and provide opportunities for athletes so
01:20that's what i strive to do here with next play nation awesome you spoke about providing opportunities
01:28wondering what that has looked like so far well um it's been a it's been a long year i'll say but a
01:34good year for our first year in operation we you know next play nation has a couple different programs
01:38going on right now but our most strongest and rapidly growing program is our basketball league
01:43that we you know we started it out as a developmental basketball league to help athletes go pro
01:47mainly overseas but you know we're kind of shifting the focus with it a little bit turning it into a
01:52full-scale semi-pro basketball league we also have some other things going on in youth football and youth
01:57soccer as well awesome so uh you spoke about turning this into a developmental league and a semi-pro league
02:04uh how's that going so far well there's definitely been some kinks in the road like you know uh you
02:09know like like anything there's there's going to be you know an uphill battle but um it's been good
02:14it's been rewarding um watching the athletes really come out and getting a chance to to uh show what
02:18they got their skill set that's been the most rewarding thing for us so um you know a lot of things
02:23we got to work on but we're heading in the right direction awesome where are you hoping to take
02:28uh next play nation in the next few years uh my my hope my dream and my vision for for the next play
02:34nation is uh as far as the entire organization i want us to be one of the biggest sports non-profit
02:40organizations in the united states so when you think of the umc uh ymca uh boys and girls club i want
