In this video, I'll show how to use a VPN, for beginners. It is a quick and simple guide for people who want to learn how to use a VPN for the first time. Choose a VPN program of your preference   This can be done by using the Internet and searching for the VPN programs available.  There are free VPNs available, and many VPN programs offer a free option, with some limited features, but still functional.   In the video, I use TunnelBear as an example of a VPN program. TunnelBear has a free option. Other VPN programs also offer free options.   2. Download the VPN program  3. Install the VPN program  4. Create an account and log in into the VPN program  5. Launch the VPN program  6. Choose the country you wish to connect to   In the video, I connected to Norway, as an example.   7. 00:00To use a VPN, first we need to install a VPN program.

00:05You can find many of them on the Internet.

00:09Some examples of free VPN programs are ProtonVPN and TunnelBear.

00:15You can find more by searching free VPN.

00:19In this video, I'll use TunnelBear.

00:23Go to download, download TunnelBear and install it.

00:36Create an account.

00:38Many of the VPN programs will require you to have an account.

00:43And login.

00:45After you have logged in, now you can see your VPN options.

00:50If you click in one of these countries, the VPN will be connected to that country.

00:57So, for example, let's click on Norway.

01:02Now, I'm using a VPN of Norway.

01:06If you want to use a different country, just search for the countries available in your VPN program.

01:14After you are done, you can disconnect the VPN.
