00:00Now recently we saw the killing of Madhvi Hidma, one of the most feared Maoist leaders and a lot of
00:06people are discussing that how this is possibly a big turning point in our fight against the
00:12Maoist insurgency. How much do you think it will be a hit for the insurgency and do you think that
00:18it will now help us with greater force to disintegrate the entire movement? Yes you know
00:24I can well tell you Hidma, of course he is the son of the soil of Chathisgarh. He is from Sukma.
00:31He is 44 years old and I can well tell you he joined FAST CPI and then he joined Maoist movement.
00:43He became a Central Committee member and he was commanding the FAST PLGA Battalion, the Gorilla
00:53Army Medallion in Naxalites and that is the biggest operational battalion in the whole of Red Corridor.
01:02And practically he was the mastermind of all operations, big operations which were planned and
01:09which were executed all over in Red Corridor including that of Talmetalla and Danti Bada where
01:17in 2010, 76 CRPF personnel were killed and then 2013, the Jirov Ghati operation where 32 congress
01:27leaders were killed and then 2011 where another 25 CRPF persons were killed and 2021 also he killed in
01:37Sukma Bijapur Road about 22 police personnel. He was, he was in fact a terror and in all the tribal area
01:46because he was the king of Dandakaranya, Vastar and also Abu Smar and he was the only member in Central
01:55Committee from Vastar and Dandakaranya division and anywhere weapons were snatched and recovered and
02:03recovered from, snatched from security forces by Naxalites. That used to go to Hidma's PLGA,
02:11number one PLGA battalion. That was Hidma. I had been to Jirov Ghati just three days after the incident
02:22happened in 2013 and I know how Hidma plant with 350 Naxalites there in Nambos and they escaped very
02:30nicely through Tulsi Duguri to Odisha in Malkangiri. They escaped to another state. Now as because after
02:40this Karaigura operation in April which continued for 21 days and the biggest operation in the history
02:48of security forces in India, there 31 Naxalites were killed and Hidma was also there. But Hidma had
02:56five-layer security and he could manage to escape from that place. Then of course Vasav Rao's Raju was
03:04killed with 26 more civilians, more Naxalites in Chattisgarh. There also Hidma was there and there
03:12also Hidma escaped. Hidma was, I mean, he was a great person. He knew the terrain. The best part of it,
03:19he knew the terrain and he knew all the roads and how to escape in an operation. And then
03:27what happened? Venugopal surrendered at the Garciro lead. He requested Hidma, please surrender,
03:35come to Mokhya Dharam and come back. But he didn't bother for Venugopal's messages. Then
03:43his mother was contacted. His mother sent a message, Hidma's mother. Hidma, please come back,
03:51leave the weapons, leave this thing and come back, come back to your home. I am waiting.
03:57He refused to come back. He thought perhaps after so many persons, leaders were killed and so many
04:04persons were apprehended and a lot of leaders surrendered, he may lead whole of Naxalites
04:11all over India. That is what he thought. But the way Chattisgarh security forces, they started
04:20operating all over places. We had about more than 100 forwarding operation bases in Dandakaryana,
04:28Bastar and Abusmar where they were dominating. We entered there and opened the camps.
04:35He had no other option than to escape to Andhra. He tried to escape. He tried to escape with his wife,
04:44Raje, Rajakha. She was also along with him and another, another four Naxalite leaders,
04:51they all six of them, they were escaping from Chattisgarh to Andhra, who did shelter there. But
04:57this information, this intelligence could come to security forces and Telingana police, Greyhound,
05:05including Andhra police, Odisha police and Chattisgarh police, they all surrounded him
05:12in Meredudumili forest of Aluri district in Odisha, Andhra, Badar, Chattisgarh, Badar in the Trijunction.
05:20And the contact continued from 6 o'clock and the firing started from 6 o'clock morning.
05:28And that all, the end of Hidma, Hidma was killed along with his wife and other four Naxalites.
05:36That is what I am telling. After Hidma was killed,
05:40PLJ battalion, the biggest battalion, the operational battalion of Naxalites and the Maoists,
05:47they don't have a leader. There is no young leader who can lead PLJ battalion and most of
05:54the weapons have been surrendered. And they don't have a place to recruit. The tribals are not
06:02interested to be recruited into Maoism and Naxalites and they don't have a training place also to give
06:11them the training and they don't have an instructor. They had the improvised explosive device instructor
06:18that is Maituri Jokha Rao, called Tek Sankar. And this Tek Sankar, the leader, he was also the
06:28Central Committee member of the Andhra-Odisha border. The next day, in the same forest, in the same
06:34district, he was with another six Naxalites, with three women Naxalites. They were also trying to
06:42escape. And the next day, again, firing continued from six to seven, one hour. And Tek Sankar was killed
06:52along with six more Naxalites, including three women Naxalites. So that is the end of and I am
07:00telling operational capability of Naxalites. They cannot have any force to go direct to
07:09ambush security forces or direct to open fire. They just don't have the capability. Now, what they can
07:16do? If few persons are there, they will go for placing improvised explosive devices in a place
07:25with pressure switch. So that Bachchan security forces, they go on that road or track, they may be
07:32blasted. That is different. So that happens everywhere in India. But they are finished now. And what Mr. Amitsah
07:40and our Honorable Prime Minister, they they gave that verdict that you see by 31st December 31st March 26th
07:49and then Amitsah Ji told before 30th November, I want Hidma to be apprehended or I want Hidma to surrender
07:58or I want Hidma to be killed. And this happened 12 days before 30th November 2025. And I am very sure
08:09what our Honorable Prime Minister has thought that India will be Naxal Mukt Bharat. That's Naxal Mukt Bharat.
08:17It may happen by 31st December 2025 because Hidma has gone and operational capability that has gone to
08:26zero. Dev Ji is now, he is now wondering, he is now running away. Dev Ji is running away. He will be killed
08:35or to be caught or he may surrender any time. Now the family of Dev Ji is saying that he has been
08:41apprehended but the police has denied it. Yes, there was a statement by his family and it came out
08:49that the day the next day when Tech Sankar was killed. Information came that Dev Ji also was killed
08:56but all the seven dead bodies they were identified and Dev Ji is still there and he is he is there and
09:04that's all. But Dev Ji cannot lead PLGF 1st Battalion. He has no operational capability but Dev Ji will be
09:13caught. Dev Ji will surrender. They have no other option. And the best part of it, Hina, I will tell you,
09:19this first PLGM Italian personnel, so-called Naxalites with weapons, they are giving a message that we are
09:27ready to surrender. The surrender policy of Chattisikhar government is such which was adopted by Odisha,
09:35Andhara, Telangana and all other states. The way they are looking after those surrendering Naxalites
09:41and their families, definitely the PLGF 1st Battalion personnel will surrender with arms. They have
09:48over the order of Sanhedra.
