ヤマトタケシは、奇蹟の聖者「ダイバ・ダッタ」を訪ねて単身インドを目指し、ダイバ・ダッタによって素質を見出されたため、インドの山奥で修行後、七色の力を持つ「愛の戦士・レインボーマン」が誕生することになります。その後、日本に帰ってきたタケシは、犯罪組織「死ね死ね団」と戦うことになります。
Yamato Takeshi set out alone for India to seek out the miraculous saint, Diva Datta. Recognizing his potential, Diva Datta guided him through rigorous training deep in the Indian mountains. This journey culminated in Takeshi's transformation into the “The Warrior of Love, Rainbow Man,” endowed with seven-colored powers. After returning to Japan, Takeshi found himself battling the criminal organization known as the “Die Die Gang.”
