00:00So, guys, you've won Simply Step, an award in customer, excellent, might I say, in customer service.
00:06What do you think sets you apart from the rest?
00:08Well, I think what does probably make us different is that we don't really switch off.
00:14So our service isn't something that operates within a sort of normal working hours.
00:20So, obviously, we're supporting people with sleep.
00:22We get a lot of emails that come in at 3 o'clock in the morning.
00:25We get a lot of emails that come in at 6 o'clock in the morning.
00:27We get a lot of emails that come in at 11 o'clock at night.
00:30Emma is quite boundaried, but really the rule is if she's awake, she will reply to you.
00:37We always say we're the worst business people in the world because if someone comes to us and they can't afford our services,
00:44but we know they really need them, we sort of find a way to give them our services.
00:49We say that our plans run for a certain number of days, but if ever people need support beyond that, we always do that free of charge.
00:57Things like that, really, is probably what sets us apart.
01:01I mean, obviously, people are in the centre of your focus, guys.
01:04Emma, why do you think it's important what you guys do?
01:08Oh, that's a really big question.
01:10So fundamentally, what we do is we help parents to help their children learn to sleep.
01:14Sleep is the foundation of absolutely every aspect of health.
01:18So if you're not sleeping, it impacts every other aspect of your life.
01:21So if you've got a baby or a child that isn't sleeping, then you're not sleeping and then everyone else's lives are impacted.
01:26So, yeah, it's really, really important that we're all getting some sleep.
01:29So, Isle of Man Energy, why, you know, why have you sponsored this award?
01:34Why do you think it's important that we're giving recognition to these people?
01:38Well, customer service is just so important and seeing an innovative service like this is fantastic.
01:43You know, as a parent, we've gone through all these stages.
01:45I just wish you guys were around.
01:47Well, my ones were so little.
01:48We were parents for every time we heard that.
01:49For the amount of time we were spent crying with sleep deprivation.
01:53So, you know, congratulations, both of you.
01:54You know, it's an amazing job and, you know, you should be both very proud of yourselves and the service you provide.
02:00Thank you very much.
