00:00let's talk about you know what people are asking now are you gonna come back is
00:09there anything that will make you come back to show business um maybe the
00:15rapture most likely no I mean I'm never gonna say I feel like I'm very fortunate right now in my
00:39life I have I just I love where I'm at with my life I love being just a normal person having a normal
00:47life I love going to work I love going to gym I love doing day-to-day things and having that
00:53anonymity and also I feel like the the work that my husband and I do it's very rewarding it's very
00:59rewarding because uh so many people wait I'm sorry I'm going to work in your clinic
01:06yes uh Lee is uh the doctor and what what do you do I know I'm the administrator so I oversee
01:16because I see many coming and I see Lee oversees um uh other other doctors and other doctors in the
01:24clinic all right that was men and coming um men coming is up on office where we do uh non-invasive
01:32deep brain stimulation for the severely depressed ito yung uh elect yeah yeah yes it's a it's an MRI
01:40strength magnet that was if you're severely depressed and you don't qualify to be an inpatient at a
01:48hospital we can treat your depression outside of the hospital where you don't have to go in and
01:54actually stay you can have outpatient treatment marami kayong kliyente nung pandemic yes well I think I think
02:00it's a mental health it's it's a mental health it's it's safe to say na marami talagang pasyente in
02:05total always it's real yeah oh ang nangyari kasi sa mental health dati ay hindi ito pinag-uusapan
02:12dito sa Pilipinas or uh may mga nagsasabing hindi naman seryosong problema yan ano lamang yon but I think uh
02:18it has gotten uh massive attention and uh people are now taking mental health very very seriously they should take it
02:27seriously and I don't think it's I don't I think it's because it's stigmatized in this country and
02:33what I want to promote is the de-stigmatization of mental health because sometimes people think that
02:42they're only depressed when they're severely depressed but a large part of the population
02:47is walking around maybe mildly depressed or somewhat depressed but because they think they're
02:53functioning they don't actually recognize that they have some sort of mild depression or anhedonia
02:58which is anhedonia anhedonia it's uh it's a lack of finding joy in things that you used to you used to
03:05enjoy okay so magandang paalala po yan na huwag natin antay na severe yes because the especially the
03:13psychiatry has has gotten um so much more advanced these days and you don't have it's it's almost like
03:21i appreciate the work we do because we can help we can help people live their best lives
03:27yung optimum uh level yes uh ng living
