00:28wading through fast-moving, knee-deep floodwaters as evacuations continued.

00:38after floodwaters damaged power infrastructure.
00:41Traders said the rising waters have disrupted the region's crucial coffee harvest,
00:46while the National Weather Agency has warned of more flooding and landslides,
